I drive across town - past two other post offices closer to me - to go to this post office. Mario is so kind and helpful, there is rarely a line and it’s always spotless. I’ve never had such a positive post Office experience, hence why I’m on here writing a review. Best kept secret in town!

My mail carrier broke my front door Jan 2022….over 6 months ago. Glass was shattered everywhere. After it was investigated and documented; and after being promised by the route manager that they would do the right thing and reimburse me for a new door, they still refuse to follow through. Calls go to voicemail and are never returned; and emails are never answered. These are the people our tax dollars keep employed.

There’s no way to get a phone call answered to fix a issue with the delivery person. The people upstairs put a baby gate in front of the porch not tight we share the same mail box. The carrier instead of moving it threw my mail on the porch instead of in the box I work all day my mail was soaked from rain and who knows if any blew away.

I called and they offers to call me in 33 min . they called. Actually im still right now on the phone waiting for 17 min so 50 min...seriously. In idaho Pocatello.

Mailman always put mail in the wrong box I never get my packages on time I have customers waiting for the items to be fix and I can't deliver on time because of this
