“The best vet service I’ve experienced. Will be going here instead of anywhere else for sure in the future. They treated us better than I’ve had in Pocatello and Chubbuck. They were so sweet to my cat as she went to sleep. They weren’t awkward about anything, it felt like they knew us the way they were talking with us and making us feel comfortable. I put a cat down a couple months ago and the other vet was stone faced and silent which made it awkward. I wish I came here a couple months ago instead of where I went for my senior cat. He would have felt much more comfortable with the people here. They treat your pets here like a real patients. They talk to them and are always petting them. In the future I would love the option to purchase nicer carry bags for my pet to take home in but they offered us a box and wrapped my cat very well for us. The cost was only $60. Very please with them and grateful they made my cats able to pass peacefully and as easily as possible, despite her being extremely dehydrated which took the medication to take a little bit longer to take effect. They were as gentle as possible when trying to find a vein.”

“I took my Golden Retriever in the other day! They were very quick to get me in as I thought it was an emergency (he’s a-okay) The Doctor that I saw was very thorough and so helpful and very easy to talk to. Answered all my questions without judgement! I would recommend Alta!”

“Took my dog there because he had an infection by his privates. Alta wouldn't even see him without $200 to get through their doors. Took dog to another vet in town that took my dog in immediately got the burrowed grass seed out that caused the infection and he made a great recovery. other vet charged me $250 TOTAL. would have been close to $500 through Alta. With my experience it seemed like Alta is more concerned about how fat your wallet is rather than the health of your pet.”

“So thankful for the entire team at BAMC. I am new to the area and have been slowly establishing providers and techs for me and my fur family. I was so incredibly anxious once I realized we would need to establish vet care a tad quicker than I had anticipated. Having a reactive and skittish rescue can feel like a nightmare for all involved, but both the vet tech and the vet were kind, gentle, and so so patient with me and my boy Tofu. The facility was clean, welcoming, and stylish (much different then our back home office 😅). I was also floored, as the rates were incredibly reasonable. Considering previous offices would require a full exam and various other starter fees for unestablished clients, we paid much cheaper prices then our old office, not only for a first unestablished visit, but also for what we were presenting for (meds included). Tofu was very pleased, as was I. As an individual juggling multiple rescues and timid/reactive animals, finding a vet office that can accommodate them is no easy feat. We will definitely be back for general check ups and to establish care for the rest of our furry crew 💕. *A quick edit that I failed to say! They were also so incredibly accommodating to get us in same day!”
