Nice employees but lines at drive thru pharmacy are long and slow. I’ve been waiting for 15 min in line. No one at window but someone patiently waiting presumably for someone they’ve communicated with and is trying to help them. Switching pharmacies after this pick up.

Website said that the product I was looking for was in stock, but it was not. Additionally, probably 25% of the product on the shelves just there’s nothing there. They either aren’t stocking or aren’t ordering or something, but somebody’s not doing their job.

Friendly staff, but don’t use their pharmacy if you’re on a strict Rx schedule and need refills. Consistently they say refills will be ready by a certain day and time; but they don’t even look at the script or try to refill until either then or when I call or show up to check on if it’s been filled or not; and then they say they don’t ever have it in stock.

From now on every single time I get notified my prescription is ready and I get there and it isn't I'm going to make sure to keep records of my gas and milage so I can sue the shit out of you guys. "Oh the system just does that sometimes" fix your system then! When I'm told my prescription is ready I expect it to be ready especially if I didn't pick it up till 2 days later. If I knew of a different pharmacy that took my insurance I wouldn't be coming here. The pharmacy is absolute trash. I guess the one star would be for the gentleman who was very nice a kind after telling me that the system just does that. Recording every single interaction with this pharmacy from now on. See you in court

Since moving to Pocatello I've NEVER been treated so badly. The pharmacy helper has no personality. I even asked "do you smile". When questioned the cost after using my Good Rx which I had proof she turned in to a robot. I left very frustrated. I will NEVER go back to this Walgreens. Get it together

The pharmacy is a joke! I went in store to transfer my medicine a week ago and they still have not transferred my medicine. (Some of which I can’t be without). Very disorganized too.

I called in to see if the pharmacy had my medication in stock before I had my doctor send it over or to see if I would need to have it sent somewhere else-
A lady, Melanie or Melody answered the phone & said she would check on it. Then proceeded to hang up on me.
I called again thinking maby we accidentally got disconnected & she did it again.
Just be an adult & do your job.

This Walgreens is the worst pharmacy Ive ever delt with. Constant line of 8 to 9 cars in the drive thru with and average wait time of 45 minutes to get through. Their phone service is horrible and thats if they answer. They constantly have "insurance issues" with my prescriptions and I have to physically go in and push my prescriptions through. Every time they have had to push the prescription I get an I'm sorry I don't know what happened. There is no courtesy calls if they don't have something in stock, if they have to get a pre auth, or they have a different version of your prescription. I have literally had to wait weeks for a prescription that I absolutely needed and they had it just sitting in their que untouched . They will not contact a prescriber for refills or changes in prescriptions. I have to do that for them and thats after waiting days for them to fill the prescription and I call and ask whats taking so long. This pharmacy does not care if your life or death prescriptions are out of stock or going to take days to weeks to process. Save yourself the trouble and go to Smiths their customer service is so much better.

The website says pharmacy closes at 6:00 pm not 5:55 pm. They put a sign up at the drive through saying no pharmacist on duty. If they are going to close before 6:00 then say so. This is not the first time. Poor business. But it’s ok to wait thirty minutes in line for a prescription that is ready.

Abby in the pharmacy was awesome! I was in a bind and was passing through town and she really helped me out. And when I picked it up, the place was slammed yet everyone in the pharmacy was super kind. Thanks guys!

All right this is getting really freaking irritating. Everyone who works at Walgreens or who controls Walgreens on the internet needs to get it figured out. If something says it's in stock, it better be in stock. I don't know how many times I've wasted time and gas to come here to get something that says it's in stock and it not. GET IT TOGETHER GUYS!
