This is without a doubt the worst business in Pocatello. The pharmacy ignores phone calls and if they do answer they will tell you your medication is ready but when you arrive there it won't be ready, every time. If you order online it'll sometimes take days to get your prescription filled despite them telling you it's all ready. The pharmacists are extremely slow and irritable acting like putting pills in a bottle is as complicated as open heart surgery or something. The store isn't any better as there are few cashiers and always slow moving lines to checkout. Cashiers telling you to get checked out in the photo or makeup areas but no one is there at the register to help you. It really is ridiculous I've been to this store many times and it always turns into a huge wait and waste of time to do very basic things and it makes no sense. Don't go to this store for any reason unless you actually want your time wasted. I'm amazed anyone ever comes here it's truly awful experience.

If there was a way to give a negative score rating, I would. December 23rd at 12:15 PMI walked in to a have of a couple of photos printed. There was one male operating the photo printers and one female (older) assisting customers. With one person waiting ahead of me, the female employee did not greet me, she simply said what do you need? When I responded I wanted to print a couple photos, she told me it could be at least an hour. I responded an hour? That seems a bit much, given there is only one person ahead of me..I told her I would wait.It took about 15 minutes. While I was waiting,. she didn’t ask me about the photos I wanted to print, she didn’t offer any information on the types of finishes or frames available..When I sat down at the photo kiosk, she asked me what type of phone I had. I responded iPhone 14 Pro Max. She went through two power attachments that didn’t fit and asked me ago what type of phone I had. After the fourth attempt we finally had the correct one to plug into my phone. She then asked me to place my phone on the counter, I wanted to see what was showing up on my phone screen and she became irritated that I had not put my phone on the counter. I explained I was looking to see what was on my screen and then sat the phone on the counter. She walked me through three steps to start downloading my photos and then walked away without confirming I would be able to print. I had to get her attention and told her it appeared that the kiosk would not take me through the process, she replied, I don’t know anything about iPhones… Wow!I unplugged my phone and told the female employee never mind, that she had been rude to me from the moment I walked in.As I was walking away from the photo department, she replied in a sarcastic and disingenuous manner Merry Christmas.I work in retail and know how important customers are to our business. You have lost me as a customer. I will be contacting Walgreens Corporate office to share with them the rudeness I experienced.Update:While I await for Walgreens’s Corporate office to contact me, regarding the complaint I filed, I wanted to let you know I searched on Google for online printing services. I chose the first one spent $80.00 for two (2) canvas prints. All done in less than five (5) minutes…I wanted to give my mom a couple of beautiful pictures of her dog that had recently passed away. I wonder if Walgreens offers canvas prints? Will never know, since I was never asked what type of prints I wanted and what Walgreens offered..

You place an on line order, they take your money then send you a message 5 minutes later that half your order is out of stock. You try to cancel whole order and they won't. Happens every time. Last time I order from them. Used to but product in store now you can only buy it on line. Yet it's always out of stock.Horrible customer service for on line purchases.

At first, I thought that the negative reviews on here were maybe just flukes, maybe just people having dealt with an employee or two who were the bad apples of the bunch. However after filling prescriptions here for some time now, I've discovered that is not the case. There is clearly something that is going wrong with the management of this pharmacy, because in the nearly full year now that my wife and I have been coming here we have consistently dealt with rude, inconsiderate, and lazy members of the pharmacy staff.I try hard to be understanding as a medical professional and understand the strain that these places are under and have been under, especially since COVID, however no amount of outside influences justifies some of the following issues we've had here. Here a few:I have on multiple occasions seen pharmacy techs just sitting on their phones while there were long lines in both the drive-thru and the lobby. The drive-thru was part of the reason we switched here to begin with thinking it would be so much more convenient. However, it frequently runs so slowly and inefficiently that it honestly takes more time to pick up meds that way. Their second intercom that is supposed to make it more efficient? Is broken, and has been broken as long as we've been there. Why hasn't that been fixed in all this time? I would like to know too.One of my meds is a newer med, one that is unfortunately quite expensive. My insurance also only partially covers it, so the only way I can afford it is with the use of a discount card from the manufacturer that brings the cost down to an affordable price. We have had issues almost every single month getting them to use the discount card, and have been frequently told in the drive-thru that our discount card doesn't work. Several times, we have had to go in and push them to actually put the numbers in and discovered that it has nothing to do with the discount card not working, it just takes a few more minutes of their time to do so. One of the techs flat out admitted to us that they frequently just say the cards don't work because it is such a pain to use the system that they have to enter numbers into that processes the discount. The discount card works every month when we push, but yet still the next one thinks we'll be dumb enough to fall for it. Frequently when my wife or I have picked it up, we have had our baby in the car with us while running errands. One of the whole point of switching to a pharmacy with a drive-thru was to simplify errands and have one quick stop where we wouldn't have another place to get the baby out of the car and go through a store. Yet because of our issues with the discount card, at least every other time we have had to go park our car, then walk into the store and argue with the techs about the card until they put it in when they won't do it in the drive thru. I'm sorry that the extra time it takes is inconvenient, and that drug prices are so unreasonable, and I know that neither of those things are the fault of Walgreens or it's staff. However, the reality is, those discount cards are the only way I can afford the medication I need, and the pharmacy staff needs to understand and accommodate that. Every time they have acted like we are being unreasonable, or that we are such an inconvenience. I'm sorry that my health is such an inconvenience to you, but I have to continue to manage it as best I can.We are done with this place and will be switching pharmacies as soon as we can.

Well a couple of months ago I walked into Walgreens with my dog mind you my dog is not a serious animal but I bought her in the store and she had went number two on the floor well I was up at the register and the cashier had called for the manager because I was putting money on my chime card for an approval. Well when I turn to the right I see my dog had done that and when I turned to the left that manager I believe his name is Ray was in my bubble putting his chest in my face yelling at me screaming at me to clean up the mess and get my F.......out of there and never come back. Now mind you I spend a lot of money at Walgreens I've been going there since they opened and ever since this gentleman became manager he has been rude to me I had offered to clean up my dog's mess cuz I carry things in my car and he would not even listen to me just screaming at me drawing a crowd to him and also bullying me what kind of manager doesn't believe the customer is always right. I admit I should have not brought my dog in there but to yell at me not even ask me if my dog is a service animal not to say he was sorry nothing needless to say I do not go to this Walgreens I do go to the one in Chubbuck but I don't believe this manager has called me for an apology which I had requested from the regional manager. He knew he was wrong and got no reprecussions from it but I sure did. Mental anguish I have enough problems I am disabled and believe the world is so unkind and this gentleman has just proved that to me. As I wait for the managers call which will never come I will never go back in that Walgreens wen that manager is there. I still don't understand why the regional Walgreens has done nothing about it. You don't treat anybody the way he treated me. I'm not the only person now that this has happened to me I hear a lot of people complaining about him. I wish they would bring in other companies besides Walgreens for this reason but they won't thank you for listening

Such a joke. I sat on hold for nearly 2 hours by the time I finally gave up. They're out of stock on things that are on automatic refills, and they don't ever fix that. If it's on auto-refill, why isn't it ordered to be refilled? It's just ridiculous! I took this screen shot 30 minutes before I finally hung up! They are the most incomparably pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The only reason I even have my prescriptions sent the is because I have disabilities and sometimes I need to use their drive thru, and since they're the only pharmacy in town that has one, I use them! That stops today. I have finally had enough! I've been at their counter and watched them ignore th ferrite phones, which I'm 99.9% sure is why I had to wait nearly 2 hours to talk to someone before giving up and hanging up UNHELPED!

On multiple occasions this Pharmacy closes before closing time. 1 time it was a prescription from the hospital that the Dr wanted that night. They started to pull the gate down as I was walking up at about 10 min before closing time. I yelled and said it was an emergency to get this med. they looked at me and finished pulling the gate down. I knocked and told them it was very important. They totally ignored me. We had to take my son back to the hospital because he didn’t receive the medication that night. Like I said, this was not the only time. They totally disregard their posted hours by closing early and show no respect for people when asked to please help. Last place to get meds!!!

Pharmacy is trash. My Doctor sent my daughter's prescription here yesterday. I waited a couple hours and went to get it, I was told they hadn't had time to fill it yet and to come back in about 45 minute. no big deal. Came back and was told that they couldn't fill the prescription so it was sent to Chubbuck for them to fill. I was never notified of this change or I could have possibly made it to chubbuck in time, instead I wait in line in Pocatello to dine out that they sent it somewhere else, after quoting me 45 minutes. At this point I can't make it to Chubbuck in time, because they are closing. This morning I tried to pick it up from Chubbuck only for them to tell me that my insurance denied it. (not really the truth, just them passing the blame) ... after talking to my insurance I find that even though the Pocatello location DID NOT fill my prescription they DID send it through my insurance. so the Chubbuck location was trying to refill a prescription that I never got, thus why my insurance said no. not my insurances fault Walgreens fault. so after lost time in line multiple times, lost time on the phone with my insurance, only to find out that it's Walgreens fault. not the first time I've had problems with this pharmac, but it will absolutely be the last. Shame on you for blaming everyone but yourselves. take accountability, it's your mistakes! my daughter will not pay for your mistakes ever again.

After Shavers Pharmacy closed I was transferred to Walgreens. From the get go I have had poor experiences with them. My doctor has rewritten my prescription 4 different times in an attempt to get Walgreens to fill my prescription on time. I went in last week and they said they could not refill my prescription until the 14th. I went again on the 14th just for them to tell me they were out of stock and it would be another 5 days before they would be able to get it. Do not go to this pharmacy, their customer service is terrible and they are not on top of their prescriptions.

I have had prescriptions filled here a lot. We changed insurance recently and I asked them if they accept it. The lady huddled in a group of other and came back and said no. My insurance is on their network. I had to drive 50 mile where I live and got it filled. I have never been treated like that before. I was mad

They are so rude when you you ask them questions and they always have attitude. They don't care about their customers well being at all. You have to tell them to do their job or they wont. Worst pharmacy ever! They yelled at me and hangup on me. I have never been treated so poorly.

Several times now ive gone to refill a prescription and they claim i dont have any refills when i know my doctor sent in enough to last me a few months just days earlier. Because i have to call my doctor to resubmit my refills almost every time i've missed doses of a medication i have to take daily or it stops working altogether. Absolutely terrible pharmacy.
