I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK AT ALL! Make sure to read others comments too because I’m not the only person that has this trouble. On most websites they are rated a 2 star because of the money they try and take from people. They stick you with fees and charges that are not stated in their book. They do anything to try and get extra money from you. I’ve been with other banks such as key bank and Wells Fargo and have never had issue with those banks ever! Only reason I came to this bank was because I joined my husbands account and left my old bank. But we are going to be leaving this bank because of the false information provided to us many different times because no one is on the same page and no one obviously doesn’t read their rules. Plus what they tell you is different than what the rules state! So be careful with this bank because they will try to get anything they can from you!

It’s all about the people. Let’s be honest, a bank is a bank right? Well the peeps at Zion are top notch. It’s good to bank here, I highly recommend.

Would rate this location 0/5 stars if I could. Went in to cash a ZIONS check, and when I asked why I was being charged a fee, the manager was extremely rude, attempted to refuse me service & not return my check (its illegal to refuse legal tender from an account if requested)

We will never do business with or recommend Zions bank to anyone. We made an honest error and this resulted in $135 in fees before we were able to bring out of the negative, did not know about an additional fee they tack on so scrambling to deposit more money now. There is no willingness to help or find a solution that doesn't leave us open to more fees. So frustrated. Now I have to take time off work to close the account so they can't assess even more fees.

Worst company ever. If you are not a member, they charge more to cash a check, that was written from their bank, then check cashing places. These crooks charge $5 to cash checks FROM their bank, while Fred Meyer charges 4.50. Don't go to this scam artist of a bank, unless you want to pay outrageous fees and be treated like dirt. Seriously worst arrogant customer service (every worker there) out of any banks

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was working with Niki at the branch with an issue and she went above and beyond what she should have done to fix the problem. I have always been pleased with the professionalism of the Zions Bank employees over the years. Thank you ZIONS!!

I have been doing business with Zions bank for over five years. They are professionals who have great customer service. Location of bank is ideal for me as it is a few blocks from my home.

Lobby closed on Saturday? I work during the week and cannot do certain banking any other time. I enjoy Zions, but I may just as well bank out of town where my truck loan is. I will be closing my accounts soon.

I had been a customer of the Zions Bank here in pocatello for 6 years. i run a high balance with the bank and they make plenty of money off of me. i went in needing a EFTPS form notarized for my corporation for the use of my accountant. the teller would not notarize the form using my EIN number and insisted i use my social security number as this form is for the sole use of my corporation my social security number would have been useless she got upset with me. Adam a manager at the branch told her to complete the form, however anther teller came over to tell Adam what a rude customer i had been to her on another occasion. at this point Adam didn't not correct any of the tellers or take over the transaction he stood there like an observer. i decided if i wanted to be treated this way i would visit the IRS instead i decided to leave the bank i am no longer a customer Update 6-10-17 The bank hired a company in Utah who hired my company to do snow removal and landscaping at this Zions Bank branch They didn't pay for the snow removal in full i guess they didn't expect 92 inches of snow They have also yet to pay the bill for there spring landscape managment These people are like the Mormons who let you know what good people they are and then proceed to screw you over

I've been banking with Zions for over 10 years; mostly because I lived in Salt Lake City recently and wanted an institution that's located in Pocatello and Salt Lake. I've always been very happy with Zions. They seem to run a tight ship, and I've been happy with everyone I've dealt with. Recently, I need to stop into this branch to get some last minute bank statements printed off while my printer was down. The manager on duty assisted me and was very personable and friendly, and she was happy to work with me on the statement charges given my unique situation. Great customer service. I plan on sticking with Zions indefinitely for all my banking needs.
