“I was travelling from Albert to the states when I accidentally put gas in my diesel truck in Sagle, Idaho on a Friday afternoon., of all things! When i realized what I had done I started calling around to see who could help me out - drain the tank and clean out the gas, etc. The people I talked to told me anywhere from maybe next week to sometime next month (even with the predicament I was in)until I talked to Joe at Compass Mechanical in Ponderay. He said if I could get the vehicle to his shop he would help me out and even called a towing company to help me. The towing company was slow to get it to Compass but he waited and helped me out anyway - I left there in my truck that afternoon at closing time. Superior service, caring people! Thank you Joe & team/ we are grateful for how you go out of your way for a traveller in a bind. I would highly recommend the Compass team.”

“Before taking my old F150 in for an oil change, I decided to start looking for something a little newer and maybe a bit more plush. So after dropping my vehicle at the Mike White Service Department, I wandered out on the showroom floor to see what kind of literature was available. Ryan Mooneyham came right over, introduced himself, and asked if he could be of assistance. I hadn’t researched Ford’s current lineup, so Ryan walked me through it and showed me a couple of models they had on the lot. Nothing really caught my eye, but I left him my phone number and he promised to call me if anything interesting came in. Over the next week I dropped in another time or two to ask questions about some of the features I was reading about, and Ryan was unfailingly helpful. Then I got a call from him about a pre owned King Ranch that just arrived and seemed to have everything I was looking for at an attractive price. I drove over the next day and had to agree it had “the right stuff”, but it took me another 24 hours to decide to move ahead. Went back one more time, took a test drive while they did a trade appraisal on my current truck, and decided to go for it. I’m very happy with my purchase and really appreciate Ryan’s support throughout.”
