“This business is amazing! Dennis and his crew were the easiest I ‘ve ever dealt with. They kept me up to date on everything they were doing and the work speaks for itself. This is the place to go for performance and exhaust restoration for your cars, trucks, or rv. Bruce Naples, Idaho”

“Courteous service. Nelson's was able to tell me about needing FRONT brakes, a competitor said front brakes fine, but I need rear brakes - competitor was incorrect. I appreciate Nelson's explanations and receiving a quote before work is done. I've been coming to this location for over 30 years.”

“Referred there by my tire shop after a Deer strike. I had installed a new bumper but it sat crooked. They replaced brackets and reinstalled the bumper. On the way home I noticed the tire was still rubbing when turned hard to the right and the wrap around part of the bumper passenger side was sagging, not straight. I took it back and Cory, the owner was very apologetic and looked at it and said he would like to fix it immediately. In 15 minutes it was done and perfect. Just needed a couple adjustments. They do business the way it should be done. Nice job! Looks great!”

“After several positive reviews and recommendations on Facebook, I called Gription, they had me scheduled to come in two days later, and had my truck fixed that same day. Fantastic!!”

“Compass Mechanical has been taking care of our truck and SUV for the past few years. They do a quality job using quality parts, repair only what needs fixing, and provides services for far less $ than the dealers want to charge us. They also treat us like neighbors which we appreciate. We’re very happy with their service and way of doing business.”

“I called quite a few places and none of them were either willing or able to work on my car. I had a rear differential leak, and when I called Tom's he immediately said he could help me and was able to get me in quick. He was also super understandable when I had to reschedule. I sincerely appreciated his kindness. As a single mother of two and in a bind his pricing couldn't be beat either. I highly recommend this shop. Timely, honest and just all around awesome.”

“It's so refreshing to find a business who understands what customer service actually is, and makes it their top priority. 100% recommend Lightning Lube for your oil changes, or any other car repairs. They helped me with an oil change, and fixing some turn signals which were damaged by a deer hit. Also gave me a deal on new wiper blades, and a new customer discount...I appreciate businesses who act with integrity and kindness so much!”
404 Larch Street, Sandpoint ID 83864
“Been going there for a long time, seen many techs come and go. The guy that’s there now is “AWESOME”! The shop is “Noticeably Cleaner”, like spotless. He covers your fenders and is very conscientious! I hope he stays around! Great job!!!”
