“Great staff and great service, but sometimes its the little things that make the most difference. Quick and friendly greeting, was kept abreast of what work was needed and what was being accomplished during the process of the repairs, given TV remote to watch Netflix, and offered a multitude of warm beverages.

“Referred there by my tire shop after a Deer strike. I had installed a new bumper but it sat crooked. They replaced brackets and reinstalled the bumper. On the way home I noticed the tire was still rubbing when turned hard to the right and the wrap around part of the bumper passenger side was sagging, not straight. I took it back and Cory, the owner was very apologetic and looked at it and said he would like to fix it immediately. In 15 minutes it was done and perfect. Just needed a couple adjustments. They do business the way it should be done. Nice job! Looks great!”

“I called quite a few places and none of them were either willing or able to work on my car. I had a rear differential leak, and when I called Tom's he immediately said he could help me and was able to get me in quick. He was also super understandable when I had to reschedule. I sincerely appreciated his kindness. As a single mother of two and in a bind his pricing couldn't be beat either. I highly recommend this shop. Timely, honest and just all around awesome.”
“We were camping in Coeur d Alene from Washington and took a day trip to Sandpoint. We ran over a large rock on the highway and pulled off at a gas station. A local saw us checking the van and told us to take it to Performance Auto and they would check it for us. We took it over to their shop and after telling them what had happened they put it on a lift and looked at it. After determining there was no severe damage, just dent and scratches they only asked for $10.00. Very nice guys and didn’t hesitate to help us!”

“Wonderful and kind employees who are great with kids. They seem like the kind of place that takes good care of their customers. But they are slow. I took my car in 15 minutes after open with 2 customers in front of me. After waiting for 70 minutes, my car still hadn’t gone back. I had planned for a 30-45 min oil change so I didn’t have enough time to wait any longer. I’ll be back if I have a more serious mechanical issue and need a trustworthy mechanic. But I’d go somewhere else for a speedy oil change.”
