“Update: Chris got the ball rolling and the installers came back out to fix the unraveling. I was not present during this last minute arrival (literally I wasn’t home when Chris called to tell me they were at my door. No one had made an appointment ahead of time with me.) I think the transition looks a bit high, but you decide. I’ll include a picture. I let Chris know but at this point there are likely bigger fish to fry in everyone’s day. Thanks for coming back out, Carpet One! I especially appreciate your kindness, Chris Jones!

Update: I’m waiting for a fix to an unraveled edge between the bathroom and bedroom, so I lowered this review by a star until the issue is fixed. It’s been about six or seven months since the original installation. See the below picture.
