“Joy Berry was a huge help in selecting, scheduling and installing our new flooring. Joy has always been a great help to us and is a big reason why we use Sandpoint furniture for our homes. She goes above and beyond when trying to assist and makes the entire process simple and rewarding. I highly recommend Sandpoint Furniture and Carpet One and in particular, Joy Berry for all your household needs. Great company with great people.”

“Update: Chris got the ball rolling and the installers came back out to fix the unraveling. I was not present during this last minute arrival (literally I wasn’t home when Chris called to tell me they were at my door. No one had made an appointment ahead of time with me.) I think the transition looks a bit high, but you decide. I’ll include a picture. I let Chris know but at this point there are likely bigger fish to fry in everyone’s day. Thanks for coming back out, Carpet One! I especially appreciate your kindness, Chris Jones! Update: I’m waiting for a fix to an unraveled edge between the bathroom and bedroom, so I lowered this review by a star until the issue is fixed. It’s been about six or seven months since the original installation. See the below picture. Thank you for the care and personal attention as we worked through our project. The carpeting installation looks great and the tile is beautiful. We appreciate the many ways you worked with us—from finding the right products and colors to adhering to our budget, as we upgraded our tired, old floors.”

“I give high regards to the Floor Show. First of all, they have loads of inventory to choose from. Second, their customer service is top notch, with staff who have creative knowledge to guide you through your decision making. And, third, they are a local company who deserves your business. Stop in and check them out. You will not be disappointed.”
