I had brake failure while in the Lincoln City Oregon area. (See Review Les Schwab Lincoln City Oregon) Though Les Schwab charged me $744.95 to replace a ruptured brake hard line, they did not finish the job by bleeding all the brake calipers stating the LF Caliper Bleeder valve seized. I returned home to Sandpoint Idaho and took my 2004 GMC 2500HD Duramax to Matt at my local Les Schwab Tire Center and he had the bleeder valve loose and bled within the hour. Matt you guys are top shelf. Thanks!!

Brought car in for a stem problem losing air in two tires. I was given a printout estimate of what they would charge to replace my back brakes. They listed pads, rotors, and calipers. Yes, my pads needed replacing and they have been replaced, but everything else was just fine. My advice to those reading this, get a second opinion and don't get ripped off by this place, especially if you are a female!!!! There should be a law against companies trying to do this against females, but this female knows cars!!!! They lost a customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. An employee here quoted me for parts and labor on something that never even had an issue. Not only did the employee lie about the condition of my vehicle, but also tried to talk me into selling him my car instead of fixing what he claimed needed to be replaced. Three times he asked. Three times I said no. Poor customer service by lying about parts needed and trying to take advantage of my situation.

First time going to the Sandpoint location and everyone was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! I was able to leave my key in the drop box before work and they were able to fit me in their schedule! I've always used Les Schwab and highly recommend them.

Sounds fishy to me....
Matt and those guys did an awesome job on my RV. I have custom reversible wheels. Rough handling can damage the powder coat. Thank you so much for your attention to detail.!!!
That said ... I have been well pleased with the 3 Schwab's I have visited in 3 states.

Had a brake issue from a long road trip that needed to be taken care of quickly. I showed up at 4:45 PM, and they quickly diagnosed the issue, went out and bought parts, and had the work done by 6 PM so I could back to vacation with my family. Really appreciate everything Jayvon and team did to keep us safe and back on the road without any major inconveniences. Highly recommend.
