“I took my kids to get fish for their first time. It's usually pretty quiet, so getting help takes some patience, but Dave made the experience epic for my kids. He made fun jokes, laughed with my kids (5 and 2 year old) and literally had them falling over on the floor. Unfortunately they didn't name one of their fish Dave as requested; however, there is a lovely fake plant that resides in the tank named Dave.”

“Thank you for providing this service. My dog is a rescue Jindo. Being a northern breed he has a double coat. His undercoat is fine and flyaway. He has gone to groomers who get frustrated and rush to deshed him causing pain and anxiety. I felt so welcome and you were very patient and helpful. The shop is well stocked with ample shampoo. Every tool was in good condition including dryers and towels. I was able to give him treats and he was calm and relaxed. I would recommend your shop to everyone. I am looking forward to using your services again.”
