Employees are nice, usually have everything in stock. Reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the grooming. They block all online grooming appointments (not pet specific, everyone), which is extremely frustrating because they never answer the phone or return calls for grooming. I've never had a Petco location that blocks you from making an appointment online, this needs to change asap or someone at the front needs to handle all the bookings.

It is a great place to get supplies for our Mcaw and fur babies. They have a good selection of items from food to toys at fair prices. Every time I have shopped here, the staff was friendly and helpful. If you are rigestered on thier program you are eligible for the lower sale prices.
