An employee who had been working there 7 years couldn’t tell me where to find an item and then took a long time to find it on the computer. Customer service was unimpressive and misinformed when they couldn’t find my business account that I had just used the previous day and told me they couldn’t complete the purchase the exact same way I had made a purchase the day before.

I purchased building materials from Home Depot, and the delivery service they hired caused severe damage to my new construction home. During delivery, the driver hooked a steel support beam to my house and pulled the beam away from the deck and structure, leaving significant structural damage estimated at over $60,000.
Since the incident, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Home Depot’s claims department, but I have received no accountability, no returned calls, and no resolution. Home Depot continues to ignore the issue, even though the delivery company was hired through them, not by me.
This experience has been highly disappointing and costly. I trusted Home Depot to provide a professional delivery service, but instead, I’m left with severe property damage and no support. I would strongly caution anyone ordering large materials that require delivery — the company Home Depot hires may not take responsibility for their actions, and you’ll be the one left paying the price.

The kitchen designer Kerri Mason at the Sanpoint Home Depot so unprofessional, does not follow thru with time lines and is not knowledgeable. We called North Spokane and they were amazing!!!! So helpful!!!

I purchased a new toilet. Upon getting it home had a cracked tank. I went back in to home depot ponderay to find a replacement. A great gentleman in the plumbing department took me to the service desk and made sure I got the right replacement tank at no charge and I didn't have to make another trip. Excellent customer service.

Hands down one of the best Home Depot’s I’ve shopped! Everything goes very smoothly when shopping here. I like that I can order online, and pick up in store! That way if there is a mad rush that day, I’m out fast!
