Sam has been very professional multitasking in this store like you cannot believe he is just amazing. This is the second time this week. He is very respectful and kind. His girlfriend dropped him off a coffee and she is wayyyy out of his league!

It was time to upgrade my phone, walked into the store and Corey was working. My daughter and I sat down with him. Corey was incredibly knowledgeable about products offered, he assisted us with making choices, he answered many questions with a smile. We were not quite done with our purchases when it was closing time and he was kind enough to set us up with an appointment for the next day, which happened to be his day off to come in and finish our purchase. I would recommend Corey and this store 109% of the time.

It was a very good experience! Considering my phone was no longer charging and it didn't have long before the percentage would be no more. Sam was very helpful and nice. He tried a few things with my phone before getting it going for the transfer of my photos, contacts, etc. We had a laugh over when it was all done, that my old phone only had 1% left to it. I'm so glad I got in to the verizon store just in time and got the help from Sam. Thank you!
