I brought my daughter here to the postfalls location on Tuesday for a hair folical test. the gentleman working was very polite, allowed me to be present, and answered every question. Clean facility. encouraging wall decor really stuck out to me and i enjoyed reading their encouraging captions.

Their not open on weekends google says they are dont be fooled. Also they don't open until 9am this place has some issues with their schedule.

We were literally one min late and they refused to test my daughter for her probation. They stop testing at 5:45 on Fridays. I asked her the time and she tells me it's 5:46 and we will just have to come back Monday. Incredibly frustrating.
