Great experience with the staff at Alien Gear Holsters when I came in to pick up my holster on Monday, July 7th. Their new store area is really nice and welcoming. A lot better than before when you walked into their office lobby. Alien Gear Holsters offers a great selection of quality options to conceal carry. I will continue to purchase my holsters from Alien Gear Holsters because they are American Made right here in beautiful Post Falls, ID. Even if my stepson now works for a competitor in that town close by that starts with an “R”, Alien Gear Holsters will still get my business.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Alien Gear. I've purchased many a product and shipping and customer service have always been impeccable. We recently stopped in while on a road trip and got to see everything first hand. My fiancée was able to order a holster in store to be shipped to our home across tge country. The whole team was amazing walking my fiancée through which holster would be best to even allowing her to try on the holster to get a fee and answering all ger questionsl. Couldn't recommend alien gear more! The shapeshift line is definitely a favorite and it's hard to beat the versatility. Once they make the shapeshift shell for the Ruger LCP Max they'll earn that coveted 6/5 stars 😉

Alien Gear is the best! They are incredibly helpful and personal. We stop in there while traveling once a year and they always remeber us. They appreciate their LEO and Military customers and that is always really nice and appreciated. Would reccomend them to anyone. Their new store front is amazing and they do factory tours which are super cool.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had. I purchased a shoulder rig years ago, top quality. It was an ordeal finding the right shell at the time and they went over and above to make it happen back then. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with (I believe) the same person that helped me then, had everything squared away in under 5 minutes and for a price that absolutely made my day. Check my reviews, I don't just give out 5 stars...Alien Gear has earned it twice now.

Rapid Force level III retention duty holster with tactical adapter is a quality made holster with a excellent no rattle fit and very secure retention.

My husband and I have bought several holsters from this company. The product is great. Everything has been great until our last order.
Our last order was delivered to an address we haven’t lived at in years. Strange when we have successfully had Alien Gear orders delivered to our current address.
It may have been a mistake on our end, I don’t know.
The way we were treated by customer service was less than desirable. After asking to speak to a supervisor, a man, who didn’t give his name when asked, raised his voice and was blatantly disrespectful. He was not professional. We are not happy with how this situation was delt with in a whole.
Unfortunately it a nice product, but don’t let anything go wrong with your order, where customer service is required.
You will be left disappointed too.
This will be our last time buying anything from Alien Gear.

AVOID! Customer service is just horrible. Bought top of the line 4 way holster, won't accept red dot, returned at my own expense and they won't refund my money. "Sorry, we're too busy." DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEN GEAR HOLSTERS EVER!

I paid for 2 day shipping and its been over a week. Shipping is slow I just hope the holster is worth the wait. Due to slow shipping I will not be ordering from this company again

I bought a holster package they told me would fit my firearm after I gave them all the correct details. Guess what, it didn't fit, I even called them being nice asking if I'm doing this wrong and they confirmed it wasn't the right holster, so the first employee was incorrect and wasted my money. If you have a 9mm glock, this is your place. If you have a mans caliber, say 10mm, then good luck. Spend your money at Galaco.

I ordered a Rapid Force duty holster, and have now found out only upon emailing them directly, that despite no mention of any lead time on their website that now I have to wait for the "30-40 day lead time then it goes to QC" just to get my holster shipped... So I'm looking at closer to 2 months to obtain my holster when I can order one from Safariland off of Amazon and have it the next day... I tried to support an American based company, making them here in the States but with that kind of customer service and lack of communication with the end user why on earth would I want to purchase their product? I get that your product is new and people want it but if they just had items in stock and actually made these ahead of time instead of being 'made to order' this wouldn't be an issue... I don't have time to wait around 1-2 months for my holster to be delivered and would've never purchased it had I known this up front.
Also for LE/Mil units that require a low IR signature, their tan model is the only model that has a reduced IR signature, and I couldn't find this information on their product page when I ordered, so I ordered the black. Again, just an overall lack of communication about their product and manufacturing which is sad to see as it's so easy to update a website in the 21st century.

Recently received my ShapeShift Core Carry Pack. I had real high hopes for this multi holster pack. The appendix IWB carry holster is great and so is the OWB holster. Now here is the problem, I bought this to allow me to conceal carry IWB at the 3:30 - 4:00 position and OWB when at the range. Assembly was easy effortless until I tried to place it IWB inside the Pant waistband and over 1.5" tactile belt using the supplied belt clip brackets are difficult to place over the pant waistband and belt even though there is a little lip on the bracket. Now, once installed it was very difficult to draw the pistol from its holster at the 3:30 and 4:00. I did loosen the tension to reduce the difficulty of the draw. Frustrated, I placed it at the 3:00 position while still installed which made the draw much easier. However, did leave a more visible print of the weapon.
