“I purchased a gas stove for my condo two years ago and it was a great experience. Fantastic follow through and such a great product. Now, I've purchased a home that came with a Wellis Hot Tub which was only a year old. It appeared to be leaking but the sellers and their agent reassured us it was fine. It wasn't. I called Quality Stoves (which was where it was purchased) yesterday to see if they could come and take a look. They scheduled me for today and actually called to see if they could come earlier which was great. The pump was cracked and unfortunately, when ownership is transferred, the warranty is void. Not only are they going to try and get the warranty to cover this, they had the part in stock and are installing it now. You would be foolish to go anywhere else!!! I will always highly recommend them!! :)”
