Went in with some complicated issues and walked out of the store in 45 minutes with new phones and happy people!Devin (the store manager) is incredible at his job. He’s personable, kind, determined and creative. He got us a great deal after understanding what we wanted. He took his time and did such a great job.We will go nowhere else to get our phones serviced and are now loyal to AT&T because of him!

I went in yesterday because my previous phone didn’t want to charge and my employee who helped was amazing. He answered all my questions and helped me find a new phone. This is why I love AT&T

Excellent customer service! Devon was an absolute rockstar! I walked in and he was extremely prompt and friendly! He knew exactly what I needed and seemed to just have all of the answers for me! He's extremely personable, efficient and honest! Like I said he got me everything I needed and made me feel important. Definitely recommend this at&t store for whatever your needs be and as always, ask for Devon! Thanks man! Hope your boss sees this and gives you the kudos and pay on your back that you deserve! Went in to port over 4 lines and get new phones, we were greeted and immediately taken care of without a glitch and it didn't take all day. I have no complaints at all. Both gentleman (Tyler and Blake) working did fantastic, helped everybody who came in and out while we were there in the same courtesy and speed as the best fashion I've ever seen. Wonderful! Thank you

The staff is kind and helpful. My partner has an older phone and his case broke. AT&T gave us a new one for free and let us know we could trade it for an upgrade with an unlimited plan. They answered my questions without pessure or making me feel obligated to buy to be further assisted. The service availability is great in this area.

Is give more stars if I could. We brought in an iPhone that was my deceased father in laws. There were complications with unlocking his phone because the company forgave his balance. It took a while but the gentleman that helped us persistently talked to several people from att until he got the manager of their advanced tech dept to unlock this phone. He made it happen and we are grateful

I went in to upgrade my phone. I paid my phone off so I could get the upgrade deal of $750 after he charged my card to pay my phone he then tells my he had no iPhone mini 13 in stock and their on back order I would not have paid my phone off if I knew I wasn't going to be able to upgrade and get the new phone. He didn't even offer to refund the transaction very dissatisfied he should have checked to make sure the phone I wanted was in stock before he charged my card for anything!

Honestly I HATE leaving bad reviews, but the woman I just talked to on the phone today was incredibly rude. We’ve been trying to do a simple trade in upgrade and it’s been a terribly frustrated experience. We’ve made multiple trips already and things still aren’t settled. We’ve decided we are going to terminate our line with AT&T which we understand we have to do through their actual customer service. However, we still had items purchased and paid for through the store we needed a refund for but even so, this woman told me “I wouldn’t do that if I were you there’s nothing we can do”. Amongst that, she was extremely rude in her conduction and it has made this experience with them just awful. The gentleman I spoke with this morning was very kind, but unfortunately the other associate was absolutely awful to interact with.

Bad customer service if you work at a phone store you should learn about all phones not just IPhone because your an IPhone user.
