I had a wonderful experience at the Post Falls location buying a car. The communication with Tayson was great, not overwhelming but very informative and friendly. Dominic helped me test drive two cars and was knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. I felt very taken care of, and appreciated the transparency and information given throughout the whole process. Will definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I purchased a Ford F150 towards the beginning of the year. Our experience has been awful. They couldn’t finalize the loan for almost a month after we had the vehicle and they kept calling us asking for information when they clearly did not know what was going on.
The vehicle comes with a 90 day warranty from purchasing it. And all of the electrical in my vehicle went haywire within the first several months of having the vehicle.
I reached out to warranty because I was still in my time frame and they dodged everything and did not answer. I spent $1900 getting the wiring corrected. What had happened is the previous owner tried to add modifications to the vehicle and messed with everything not to mention the entire exhaust system was illegal and was aftermarket to which the muffler shop told me any basic mechanic would have easily been able to spot this.
I have put over $5000 into the truck, correcting things on it. The cupholder was broken. The sunglasses visor was snapped off. The truck was in a lot worse condition than they had told me over the phone. The tires had no tread on them. they were down to the wire.
These guys did me very dirty on this vehicle purchase. The only thing they noted and were upfront about was that the sunroof had an issue with it to which they gave me $2000 off the purchase price. Yeah come to find out it’s a $4500 fix to get the sunroof for stored. I could not be more unhappy with my experience here.
Guess they tried to say they don’t have communication record with me lol. Here’s the screenshot. Try to play it off again and I’ll keep this thing going.

Tayson was a pleasure to deal with. He jumped in when Dominic had been helping us but had to leave for a dentist appointment. He was attentive and helpful. Dominic was also helpful and professional on the phone and in person.

Initially great when we bought the car. Then it has been issue after issue and it takes customer service, both from post falls and from the corporate office, an extremely long time to respond. After multiple issues with our car, its been in the shop 2.5 out of the 4 months we have owned it. We left feeling awesome about Auto Savvy, and will not every buy a car from them again solely based on how we have been treated.
Update: They said they were working to resolve the issue, that has not happened. My husband has been given the run around multiple times and no resolution.
