Quick and easy buying process. Transparent coverage offers and all around great experience. The whole team last night was extremely knowledgeable and professional. ALL THE CARS ARE SALVED TITLES!!!!!!! Maybe one or two in the entire lot aren't. It was the weirdest car lot I've ever been to. Something is up there.

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai genesis coupe with this company. Just a disclaimer to anyone buying a vehicle out of state make sure to check for correct tax on whatever type of deal they send you. The first deal they sent me had their state tax when I was buying the car from my state. Second thing the dealer fees… boy were there quite a few and some very unnecessary, they were quite negotiable but whoever was writing up the contract clearly didn’t know what they were doing as they had to send me a new one about 3 different times due to how many reports there were in it. The salesman that I worked with however named Caleb, was fantastic! He did everything I asked even took pictures underneath the frame because they didn’t have a lift on location! Super helpful, responsive and friendly made this transaction much better for me. Just know also that if you are Shipping a vehicle back to them after you purchase because there is something mechanically not sound you DO have to pay for shipping. As for the vehicle it was in the best condition I could have asked for, whoever detailed it did an amazing job there was a scratch that was pretty bad on the back left tail light I wish I was told about but it’s a 2013 so what can you expect? Overall a decent experience for a used car buyer.

Very friendly without being pushy. The hospitality was awesome. And did their best to accommodate my very tight budget. I drove off the lot in a very nice car.

Purchasing experience was smooth. In and out in 2-3 hours, questions were answered, needs met, wife is happy with new vehicle. Salesman Dominic was awesome. I do recommend this dealership, warranty deal - nothing beat that.

Not trustworthy people at all. And they sell trash. They also sell cars knowing they have issues but won't fix the issues unless you notice before buying. I think they shared a little too much with the wrong person. Also the manager is extremely rude.

I've purchased multiple vehicles from them and have had nothing but frustration. The first time around it was a headache to get my paperwork sent to the dmv for registration that took months. But I gave them grace that it was just a clerical error even though I called for weeks checking on it. The second time around has been a complete disaster. The car I purchased had a check engine light come on literally as I drove it off the lot. They kept it to repair, and when I came back to get my car there were empty beer cans left in it. It still wasn't fixed because it lost power as I was driving on the interstate with my child. I forced them to call it a lemon and tried to swap it for another vehicle. They made me pay additional $$ to transfer the new vehicle here. Then within 2 years of purchasing, the clear coat began peeling off the entire car. Their customer service implied that this would be something they would remedy, since it is clearly the result of their body work gone wrong. However after a month of back and forth they denied to do anything about it. I can't say it loud enough STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

Everyone I interacted with at AutoSavvy was great, I’m giving the one star because I’ve had my vehicle less than a year and have had nothing but problems with it. I was completely unaware of the fact that they were a rebuilt title car company and it was dropped on me as we were purchasing our vehicle. When we first arrived Sally had a 2018 black equinox ready for my husband and I to test drive, upon this test drive the check engine light came on and the car went into reduced engine power and wouldn’t go over 45mph, we took it back to the lot and their on site mechanic took it a look said they have the part and it’d be about a two hour fix and then the price, first off we were interested in the vehicle but didn’t say we were going to purchase it. Second off, you want me to pay for something you missed before listing it? Absolutely not. Sally then found us a 2019 Dark Gray Equinox which we test drove and loved, in the moment it didn’t have problems but boy was I in for a surprise. We make the purchase and drive the two hours home. Less than a week of having it, the check engine light comes on. We take it to a mechanic who happens to be our friend and he said that the connector for our shutters needs replaced, but he also said they did a “hack job” underneath and it’ll do for now, but cost us in the long run. We replace the connector and move on. About 3 months down the line, my check engine light comes on again, we take it to the same mechanic and he tells us our catalytic converter needs replaced, at this point I’ve had the vehicle maybe 6 months and this isn’t the last time it’ll be in the shop. About a week ago I’m on vacation, we’re driving and my engine light comes on again! We proceed to take it to our mechanic and now my turbo needs replaced, My car has been in the shop more times than I can count, and I’m putting endless amount of money into something I should have never purchased in the first place. I’ve tried contacting Auto Savvy a bunch of times but each time no one is available.

I just bought my car yesterday and predominantly worked with Dom and Sally who were both extremely helpful, patient, and supportive through the variety of challenges that occur when getting everything lined up for a vehicle purchase, especially since my car need was the result of a very scary car accident that totaled my previous vehicle only about a week ago. They've both been very personable and quick to help. Even today, I texted Dom because the check engine light came on and he got back to me right away with the appropriate phone number and that if I end up having a hard getting through, I can contact him or Sally directly. I feel quite comfortable saying that they provide transparent service and safe, affordable vehicles.

Everyone at the Post Falls office was great. My salesperson, Kaleb, was especially impressive. Totally professional and also very laid back. That made the somewhat stressful experience of buying a car a whole lot more mellow. Assuming the car is as good as it seems, I can only say positive things about AutoSavvy Post Falls.The insane drag racing next door…not so much. Recommend not going on Saturday if you can avoid it

Auto Savvy is a great place. Sean was the one that helped my family. He was courteous, helpful, understanding, and friendly the whole time he helped us out. We came about a month ago to start shopping for a new to us car and he kept in contact with us till we had enough to get into a new car. I’m so thankful for the help.

i purchased my 2019 Honda Pilot in February of 2023. 3 weeks later the check engine light came on. It turned off pretty quickly, within a few hours. When it turned on again, I had the code read, and it was an exhaust issue. i took my pilot to a spokane dealership, and was told 2 of my 3 catalytic converters are bad. I've had my car just over 6 months and I'll have to pay$4,000 to fix this.Catalytic converters aren't covered on the extended warranty. i asked if Auto Savvy would help with some of the cost, as i just spent $26,000 there, and not a peep or reply.i really feel they could have done something to help, if the check engine light came on within 3 weeks of purchase, I suspect this was a known issue. Buyer beware.
