First butcher I’ve used who knows how to cure meat to perfection. Never dry, not too salty and infused with such amazing flavor! They offer fun and unique meat cuts including several pork sausage options and breakfast pork chops! Ed and his team have proven to be very accommodating with my schedule through the years.
