“I have used Ed Padilla for butchering for several years. He has processed countless hogs, beef, lamb, etc for us. Clean, meticulous care taken for every cut/wrap. First butcher I’ve used who knows how to cure meat to perfection. Never dry, not too salty and infused with such amazing flavor! They offer fun and unique meat cuts including several pork sausage options and breakfast pork chops! Ed and his team have proven to be very accommodating with my schedule through the years. I cannot day enough about this local business, their work ethic, customer care and attention to detail with every order!”
