Went to the PostFalls location during hours and found the store closed after waiting around for over an hour I took a ride to the CDA store. Upon arrival in CDA I found Lexi the store manager from PostFalls running the CDA branch. Seems that the higher ups at corporate thought since they were short staffed that Lexi should forget about her PostFalls location and her loyal customers and go straight to CDA and keep those customers happy. I must say if it were not for Lexi I would never have made the switch to Cricket. I am giving a 5 star rating based on her outstanding customer service and her actions alone. As for the corporate idiot who made the decision to send Lexi to CDA and leave her store closed and unmanned you should take a lesson from Lexi on customer service she could teach you how to run a business

Lexi is amazing! I hope that cricket realizes and understands how important she is for their company. I have been in the store a few times in the past few months and I've listened to her interact with customers and she is over the top amazing customer service! If cricket reads this please do right by Lexi she's amazing! These days it's difficult to find quality employees that really care, give incredible customer service and know their product knowledge. Don't ever lose her Cricket! ?

Was in there on a Saturday it was very busy but the girl did a great job trying to handle everything all by herself!! I've been using cricut for years I've never had an issue with their service and or quality!

Went in to see Amy, but she was off. So we had the privilege of Devon helping us. He was great. I love the people who work at Cricket I have never had a bad experience with any of the stores that I have been to. I would have to give everyone that I have met at Cricket at least a 15, 10 ju doesn't cut it for them. Every time I walk through the door, I am always greeted with a big smile and a hello and welcome. It is one of those places that when you are having a bad day that you just want to go walk through the door just to hear someone happy ?.

Great place to go to get a new phone always having specials I was in and out in about 3 hours. Because they are always busy, which means they do a good job. The manager was cool she even synced my phone to my old phone to transfer everything contacts apps. I recommend everyone one get this done. With the $60 plan you even get HBO Max free.

My experience at cricket was absolutely amazing. 10/10 AMAZING service. Travis did such an amazing job helping me and was amazing at explaining the process and just overall was wonderful at his job. Travis offered a delightful experience for my boyfriend and I. I hope every customer gets to experience his generosity, kindness, and patience. Keep up the amazing work Travis you deserve a raise!
