Our vet in Liberty Lake told us we had about 24 hours to find a blood donor for our cat, or he wouldn’t make it. Hearing that on a Saturday was devastating, especially because Asher has been my emotional support animal since my time in the infantry. He’s been there for me through so much. Despite the urgency, this incredible team pulled through—they found a donor, tested three cats to find a match, and saved Asher’s life. I can’t say enough about their compassion and determination. In an urgent, high-stress situation, they went above and beyond, and I hope the entire team there will sleep a little better tonight, knowing they made a life saving difference for me and my friend today.

Nice to have an emergency veterinarian close by on weekends. We thought we were going to have to put our 12yr pup down.
Dr diagnosed problem quickly and I'm happy to say our pup has recovered and doing good!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. The first red flag should be that they don't let you in and make you wait outside.
They will over charge you and give multiple diagnosis for your pet that are more than likely wrong. This is a chop shop and they don't treat animals as they should be.
We took our hound to another vet who treated him and solved the issue immediately. This clinic refused to do what was needed.

Can't say enough about the team at Emergency Pet Care. Not only are they way more affordable than other emergency clinics in the area, but the staff are so knowledgeable and reassuring. I won't take my animals anywhere else for emergency situations. Huge thanks to everyone there for taking such good care of my little guy.

I really wish I had read the reviews of this place before taking my dog here. My dog had a life threatening surgery that cost us over we had paid over 4,000 dollars to get. The only reason I give 2 stars is because they knew that it was urgent and got right to finding the tumor and proceeding with the surgery. It was after. We left with absolutely no advice on how to care for her and NO DISCHARGE PAPERWORK....AT ALL. They sent the very minimal report to my vet leaving out major points and had a typo on which organ was removed. It is unfortunate to see a place one would go to in desperate need to have such staff who seem to have no passion for helping animals. They never called to even see how she was and when my mother in law called for some advice they were reluctant to give any. I will never take any animal here again. We went to 3 vets for advice and the 3rd was prairie animal hospital in hayden. They have an amazing staff and the vet,Seana Thrasher, was so knowledgeable and compassionate that we were so thankful to find them and finally get my dog on track to recover.

I had a dog in distress and was asked to wait in the car in 98 degree weather while they completed a surgery. Needless to say, waiting in the car meant driving to a different Pet ER with an actual staffed waiting room. Go figure
