The atm was down, the bank was closed and I needed to get to work. I’m so thankful they opened up early for me just so I could get some cash and get to work on time! They are the best! Give Kellah a raise!

I have been using them for quite awhile. They have always been able us out whenever we have issues and they have always been kind and professional. They have always given it their best shot and do it with a smile on their face, regardless of outcome. Thanks guys.

The service at First Interstate Bank is great, with a very friendly staff. The lady at the drive thru window is very helpful and nice, and very fast. I believe her name is Laney. I will continue to bank with First Interstate!!!!

I've been banking with First Interstate when they were Inland Northwest Bank and have had the best customer service. The office staff are always helpful and go above and beyond to provide the best service! I love the small town customer service they give that has been lost with some of the larger banks.

This was GREAT when it was first community bank. Now, I'm leaving this bank. They are only reachable during their business hours. I work during these hours unfortunately. I need a 24/7 fraud department availability. They require me to fill out forms per each fraudulent charge. Are you kidding me? Us bank. Wells fargo, numerica, capital one, none of my previous banks ever had this issue. If you dont mind the above, they are friendly. Thats about it. (Great CSRs, terrible company policy)

Banked here several years.used to be Community First Bank. I have been unable to access online banking since the change to First Interstate Bank and every time I ask for help I'm told I should be go to go now...Not the case! I was getting tired of waiting in line at the drive thru 20 minutes or more and I was the only customer in said line. Then charges begin appearing to my account. When I ask about these charges I get an explanation from the teller that completely contradicts what the literature from the bank states. Closed my account and will be looking to bank elsewhere. I'm 38 years old and have not witnessed a lower quality of service at any other bank to this date.
