Dropped my 2022 Bronco to replace blown shock. I left this at 8:10am and saw Mech pulling car into bay. I received a call at 9:19 informing me the repairs were complete. I paid $311.00 for labor for an hour and nine minutes of work. Seems excessive. I won't be returning.

Great people to deal with! They went over the inspection results in detail. Price was great. I didn't get the impression that they were trying to up sell me. When my wife needs brakes, we'll be back.

Took my Camry in for squeaky brakes. All they found was a rock. , no charge. Very personal. Great service. If you have brake issues, I highly recommend them .

Quoted about $300-400 more to do my brakes then perfection tires. I paid $840 to do brakes and rotors on my ram truck and they wanted $500-600 per axle for brakes and rotors. May be honest company but way to expensive.

Not quite sure I can praise these folks enough. 2001 camper had bad brakes on way to meeting son in OR. Cosby got us in immediately and the team (Rob, Brandon) worked allll day to repair everything. They even stayed past closing to address a last minute glitch. We had to return the next day and they worked again to get it right. I’ve never seen mechanics and staff care so much about the customer. It was astounding and wonderful. They respect all customers, no matter where they’re from, and they are kind and lovely people. Thank you, Rob, Brandon, and Cosby!

I’ll never take my car anywhere else. (I wish they had more services, so I could avoid a dealership). Best customer service, value, very accommodating to my schedule. Biggest ripoff I’ve had in a long time. Took P/U in for spongy brakes, got a bill for 1701.45 for repaired parking brake and two brake hoses. Brakes still not great.
When driving P/U on freeway got a vibration at 60-65 mph. That I didn’t have before.Tire out of balance.
They did not have a balance machine and would not pay to have tire balance checked.
Had to do that on my own.
They don’t stand behind their work.

Great service and the most comprehensive inspection ever! The best. Showed pictures of fluids, worn parts, etc. Gave recommendations…I felt in complete control of my service. Got me in early and completed the work fast. Also gave tips for my F-150 and expected issues for my 106K mileage truck. I will go back and I will recommend my friends!! Thank you Golden Rule!!
