Great place to use stolen credit cards- Manager Cody stated that they never check IDs against cards & they took advantage of my minor child with special needs. Mamager Cody said he would reimburse $$ for labor, then changed his mind. I reached out to corporate about this with zero response.

Dropped my car off for an inspection and their complementary services. King, helpful and educating. They were prompt with contacting me. Though they arnt actually able to preform what my car is needing. They were helpful on recommending somewhere to go. As a young female I felt very supported during a process i am not well educated on

Flat tire fixed for FREE!
Folks at Post Falls Les Schwab are friendly, fast and .... No charge for my flat, really!
Thank you Tasha and Joe for fast turn around, I barely got any work done on computer. I really appreciate the high bench with plug in power to work, and it's
the comfy things that really add to make a positive experience, the padded stools and clean wait room even at the end of day.
ALSO:
Joe told me about their even better tire guarantee
Fully 100% coverage on all our tired down to 32nd tread base. Go find that somewhere else, not! Save your time, JUST COME HERE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO BACK THEIR TIRES LIKE THIS.

Not happy this go around and will be going somewhere else for now on. Over $1500 spent and they cracked my wheel and told me it wasn't them. Weird how they are the only ones that touch my tires. I thought they were supposed to be better than discount tire. Don't like to be talked to like I'm stupid. Will be turning this one in to the appropriate person.

Went in for battery draw test. Noticed employee having trouble with aftermarket hood latches on aftermarket hood. Went over and opened it for him and told him to be careful please, I didn’t want anything scratched or smeared.
He had no consideration and I watched him and coworker lean against front aftermarket grill, with a rockstar energy drink on the fender. Once they were done, you could tell exactly where they put their hands just by looking at all the smudge marks on recently washed black paint.
I told him, “there are other places you can put your hands on a vehicle other than the paint to get around”. I open and close my doors, trunk and hood all the time without having to touch paint. He just looked at me like I’m an “a hole” and offered no apology.
Now I know I sound like an a hole, that’s because I am one when it comes to a vehicle I’ve bought brand new, paid off, dumped over 20k aftermarket into, kept low mileage, had regular maintenance and cleaned and detailed on a very regular basis.
Again, I am that a hole, sorry.
But you are Les Schwab, a very reputable auto repair company, and should be aware of people like me who put a great deal of effort into the vehicles they love.

The staff is so incredible and it’s the only Les Schwab’s I trust taking my vehicle too! Some of the most trust worthy and caring staff I’ve had the pleasure to be around!

I've been using this Les Schwab since I was old enough to legally drive. Service is always great, even when they are busy. They recently helped me out with new tires and I was in and out in less than an hour.

Took my vehicle in to get my brakes done, after a few months I started hearing a scraping noise when going around corners. I didn't realize it was my brakes and I throught it had to do with steering or suspension so I took it to a local mechanic and paid them to take a look at it. The mechanic found that the caliber hardware was improperly installed and was able to easily fix it, but now I'm paying the mechanic for his time on top of already paying $600 for my brake job from Les Schwab.
Since the brakes were improperly installed, I brought my car back to les Schwab to try and get a refund for the faulty brake job, the manager told me since I took it elsewhere there was nothing they would do except take a second look at the fix the mechanic had done. He said I shouldn't have paid the mechanic anything to inspect it, and that the mechanic should refund me instead. My brakes are already fixed so that does me no good, it's just disappointing I had to pay someone to clean up their mess.
I've been a les Schwab customer for a while because of what I thought was quality work and good customer service, but they failed in both aspects with my recent experience. Won't be returning with any of my vehicles.
