I recently had my X5 BMW diesel serviced and repaired for an incompatible DEF fluid error. They diagnosed that my Nitro, as well as oxygen sensors were old due to the high mileage. I also had them perform a transmission flush. I love their quotation system. They emailed to you to decide on how you want to move forward. It’s fully transparent. They got the job completed quite quickly. The car drives so smooth now. A very pleasant experience, a very competent staff! I highly recommend them. I will be back for any other BMW needs. 😊

Excellent repair shop. Diagnostics were very detailed and thorough with pictures of all areas of concern. Curtis was very helpful and courteous. Car is running like new after repair work.

Sadly I’m a frequent customer but only because I have a finicky BMW. Over the last 3 years I’ve had the car at this shop at least 8 times, under the original owner, Mark, and now under Lake City Auto’s manager Curtis.
All of my experiences have been positive and informative. They know foreign vehicles and many details that are specific to the specific brand, model and trim.
They will go out of their way to identify causes of problems and be creative in troubleshooting, very necessary in my case with an older BMW where parts are no longer made.
They have earned my trust to help keep my older BMW ticking reliably!

I came into Mark's without an appointment. It was an emergency as my car kept dying and requiring a jump to get started. They looked at my car, diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. I was very pressed and plan on servicing my BMW there in the future.

Marc’s Automotive in Post Falls is absolutely top-notch! They did an amazing job working on my car today. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service are second to none. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 to anyone who needs their European car serviced or repaired. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about their customers the way Marc’s does—highly impressed and grateful!

I have to say that I was looking for a new mechanic and based on the reviews I decided to give Mark a try. When I met him he seemed very friendly and very upfront and honest to me. After looking over the car he found a few things wrong with it which was a lot less than I thought there would be. He was true to his word and price and I didn't feel like he tried to find unnecessary work to be done and I'm very happy with his service. I'll be bringing my car back whenever I need anything
