The staff are always polite and professional. If I had an issue with my medications someone took their time and assisted me. When I found out that I had cancer the staff assisted with the knowledge of the medication and helped me through my situation. When I walk into the pharmacy or go to the drive thru the person(s) knew my name. Great place

i would not even recommend to my worst enemy to go here. i was going here for 20 years but when i had to take hydrocodones for my surgery they treated me so bad. i believe his name was Alan or Orrin. this is the second time i have had the same problem with this same exact guy. I'm sure he is treating other people that have to take pain meds the same way. I'm gonna try to get ahold of medicin man to file a complain. i guess i have to give a 1 star rating. what a joke. it deserves negative stars.

Wife and family have been going to Medicine Man West for over 20 yrs. They have changed. Got the feeling they (Orion)feel we are here for them. Very rude and very matter of fact. Zero bedside manner. Still in the medical profession and need to respect your patrons. Still awaiting a call from Don Smith to see if this is the new way of treating customers.

I am a paraplegic with chronic pain and have an adult autistic son with a variety of needs. With the idiotic laws imposed on chronic pain patients in response to the epidemic of illicit drug use, medications cannot be refilled until the day your supply runs out. A day's delay means a day without pain relief. The staff at Medicine Man West are kind, conscientious, considerate and accommodating. I never have to spend half an hour listening to on-hold music like I used to at a certain "W" pharmacy. They package my son's meds into convenient bubble packs. It is primarily my perception of them as caring professionals that sets them apart from any other pharmacy I have dealt with.

I like that Medicine Man is locally owned and do their own formulating.Their staff has always been nice and efficient.They have a good selection of natural OTC options too. I asked a pharmacist about an OTC option to help my husband with a chronic health issue. He was VERY helpful and nice to know he was not just pushing the big pharma. They truly care about health.

The staff, across-the-board, are phenomenal. We are here on a regular basis for our son and ourselves and never disappointed by the kindness nor service level at Medicine Man West. They are a huge asset to the community and to us personally and we are very thankful that we have them nearby
