My husband lost his wallet while vacuuming our car on Wednesday. Within 15 minutes after leaving Metro Carwash, we received a call from them letting us know they had his wallet.Thank you to whomever found his wallet and turned it in. We appreciate your honesty and integrity.

Never had a bad experience here. Easy accessibility. Affordable monthly memberships. They get my car spotless in one swoop no matter how dirty the outside is.

Just a great experience all-around, other than the person guiding cars onto the trolley.. I'd rather have an overhead mirror and do it myself, so there's less chance of damage to alignment and wheels.Free vacuuming and mat washing, with blow guns to get trim dry.

Just had a panel ripped off my car and was told by an employee that they won't even try to cover damages done to my car because "it's and older car" doesn't matter year damage is damage could have brought in a +$40k classic or a random car off the streets it's still damage

We have the monthly pass and take our Tundra through a few times a week, since the Post Falls one opened. It does a beautiful job cleaning. Since reading through some negative reviews, I want to share our, positive, customer service experience. One time, early in the usage, we had our antenna snap off, and after letting them know, they covered the repair, fully, even though it took a body shop to fix. I immediately purchased a carwash safe antenna, instead of having the body shop order the factory style, and have had no issues since. So, yes, their customer service IS awesome!

Horrible customer service. They rip my front license plate off a new Lexus and tried to talk with General Manager. They didn’t return a call and didn’t care. Car is never amazing after the wash. We had two monthly contracts and they lost our business. I hope other people find another car wash.

On Sunday my husband unknowingly vacuumed up my wedding ring. He forgot I had taken it off because it was bothering my finger on our car ride home from Thanksgiving. Within an hour he returned to your location and explained to the girl what had happened. It was already dark. Apparently the canisters had already been emptied, but just dumped into the dumpster, not a bag of any sort. He tried digging through the dumpster but it was dark out, and spent a good hour trying to find it. She was kind and did help and said she would call him tomorrow after looking a little more after closing. She didn't. So today I came Mondaymorning to try and look in daylight. Before coming I tried to call. I chose the "speak to team member" option and sat on hold for 16 minutes. No one answered. When I entered the office the manager came out and was immediately rude to me. I told him he should change the giant sign on the wall that says you are there to help your customers.... I told him that the canisters had been dumped but not in a bag as he said was protocol. He seemed to care less that I had lost my antique heirloom wedding ring from the 1930s.... it is not replaceable. I am absolutely devastated. He proceeded to rant at me that it could be anywhere, in a tube or canister or whatever and that I'm out of luck. Also, that they dumped the trash already before opening. Would it have been that hard to have some kindness? Or to maybe hold the dumpster knowing I was coming back? Or... to maybe actually bag your contents so if something like this did happen that a customer could take the trash home themselves and sort through it if they chose to? I didn't ask for someone to do it for me. I asked for a bag of grimy gross garbage to take home and dig through in hopes of finding my ring. I get that it wasn't your fault, it was ours. But the customer service I received will make us change our mind and cancel our membership that we have had for years. A little kindness goes a long way. Helping someone find a priceless but expensive wedding ring that I will never see again really did matter. Your manager was a complete a** to me in front of my two little girls and I was already distressed enough. Do you put your customers first? No. Absolutely not. And nothing can make this right. I will never see my ring again... you guys made sure of that. There was hope last night but not today. I can't afford to buy a new one even if I wanted to right now with the holidays so near and medical expenses from this year. I will make sure all my reviews on every site I can find will share this experience too. I hope the head CEO sees this and changes some things. **Update... it has been 5 days and still no reply from corporate on any form of media**

I actually like the car washes at metro better than the competition. For the same price, I have moved all my vehicles over to Metro.

The last time we stopped was just to do a quick vacuum as a wash was not needed. I was literally stunned at how good their vacuum system is, the best car wash vacuum ever and it's free. The car wash I got a couple of weeks earlier actually completely cleaned my car. It is beautiful and most car washes never get everything off. This will be my go-to stop to keep my new car looking perfect!

The machines only clean the outside your car so well, but I enjoy being able to roll around through the carwash multiple times in a row. The vacuums are well made, so the inside can be as clean as you are willing to grind for

Great car wash, great management. Extremely generous and understanding with any comments, questions or concerns. Explains things very well and makes sure customer are satisfied with services. Offers many ways of contacting business with any needs. Awesome online customer service team as well as online forums for customer self service.

I take all my company vehicles here including my personal. Not sure why when I'm in the jeep it never gets the back good. Maybe the spare tire ?
