They charged me $130 to only half diagnosed my issue and after I picked my car up and was on my way home, I noticed there were some wires on the passenger floor. When I touched them, I realized they were still connected and HOT. I burnt the crap out of my finger. I obviously took it back and they put the wires back where they go. 100% could have set my car on fire. 0/10 will never go back here.

Stopped by to make appointment for snow tires and oil change. They were able to get me in right then about 4:45. Then when they were ready they told me the price and it ended up being for the oil change. Which ended up being else's then expected. Also did it in about 40 minutes. Have been going to them for decades.

Thank you Chad and his service crew, brought my jeep in for new tires brakes, calipers and rotors this October. During brake repair, found emergency brake also needed repairs. Took a couple different visits to get all the repairs done.
Chad went out of his way to fit me into the schedule to get everything done. Ladies if you need repairs or tires go see thri guys at perfection, they are honest and won't steer you wrong. Trustworthy and fair pricing. I have used them since 1995 when living in the area. Won't find better service. Thank you all so much

Chad and Hank for the win. Engine light came on in a one car household with 2 jobs. They got the job done quick, communicated with me throughout, AND dropped the car off for me when it was done. Priceless for a mom with a special needs kid. Customer service at its finest. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Just purchased a new set of Nokian Outpost nAt tires for my 2022 Ford F150 from the Post Falls Perfection store. They have always taken excellent care of our tire needs. As expected they did the work in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. They answered all my questions about the tires I was purchasing. These Nokian tires were a first time purchase for me. I had such a difficult time finding tires for my car until I visited your shop. Jeremy helped me and found tires for me and got them delivered within an hour. He was excellent. Service was fast and friendly, and he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. The tires are excellent quality, and h could not be happier. Many thanks.

Highly recommend Post Falls Perfection Tire for their fast, professional and quality service.
We had an unexpected flat tire and went straight to the shop. They were busy but took care of us right away. They repaired the tire- it had too large of a gouge it wouldn’t hold air, however, they put the spare on and we were able to drive home. New tire replacement on order.
Thank you Brandon and crew for taking care of this unexpected situation- and providing excellent customer service!
