Pilot Flying J no longer goes out to remove trucks who have not paid for reser ed parking. So, don't bother purchasing parking. Just park like loves because it is now against company policy to knock on doors.

DO NOT USE A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD IN FLYING J GAS PUMPS IF U HAVE LESS THAN a $151 BECAUSE IF THE PUMP YOU USE(LIKE THE ONE I DID) MESSES UP AND TELLS YOU TRANSACTION DECLINED, SEE CASHIER IN STORE, YOU WILL BE SCREWDED $151 FOR UP TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOU CAN GET IT BACK AND YOULL BE BROKE DOWN OUT OF GASOLINE AND MONEY ALL BECAUSE THE GAS PUMP DENIED YOU FOR DOING NOTHING WRONG....AND WHAT MAKES EVEN MORE NO SENSE IS WHY $151? MY CAR ONLY TAKES ABOUT $45 TO FILL IT UP ,SO BASICALLY EVEN IF I DID FILL MY CAR UP WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO TAKE A $105 OF MY MONEY? CORPORATE SAID THEY COULDNT HELP ME AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO This also happened to a friend of mine......I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM Flying J Gas stations all together....taking people's money for nothing and not providing the service they need to get back on the road should be alillegal like shoplifting or credit card fraud and be fined $151 everyday you have to wait to get your money they took from you....Good job Pilot....I've already convinced 6 friends to avoid flying J....YOU SHOULD TOO

Yea definitely need to replace the manager named PAT horrible customer service definitely need training these employees forget about truckers and don’t realize we’re the reason they have a job ! Being unattended or ignored by sole fact of you think you know what’s best & not allowing others to speak!

Stopped here for the had to get some things, apparently they were short handed inside however there was only one person working the register. She doing everything by herself,scales,fuel recipients,customers,etc. Her name is Michelle, just a overwhelmed person that makes the customer glad they came in!! Thank You Michelle!!!

The RV dump station is a joke. The parking lot is a complete nightmare, flush water does not work, the dump port is like a foot and a half off the ground. Worst experience dumping an RV I’ve ever had.

DO NOT TRY AND PAY FOR GAS AT THE PUMP WITH YOUR CARD! I REPEAT DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PAY FOR GAS AT THE PUMP WITH YOUR CARD!!! The machines are so dated that it will not accept your card but will charge you $151 each time you attempt using. I tried two times thinking the first was an accident on my zip code or something and it's been a week and I still haven't got the money released back to my card. If you call and ask what to do they will basically tell you it's not their problem.

Clean “I recently stopped at this fuel station to refuel my truck, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The fuel quality was top-notch, and the service was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth process.

Was there on 3/26/2025. Went in to do laundry and only had 1 washer working. The ladies on evening shift was awesome and so was the staff. They made arrangements and I got my laundry done in very adapuat time. This is the kind of people Flying J and Pilot both need at all there facilities and showers and facility all around was awesome thanks again y'all

I went in there with my friend when I was 15, they accused of stealing and made us empty our pockets in front of the store, we were scared and just went with it but in further thought as I've gotten older that was so wrong and unprofessional. We were buying candy 😂. I think my friends skin color had alot to do with it.
