I was newly moving into the area needing storage. This location is conveniently located right off the freeway and has awesome access hours. I highly recommend if you are needing your storage needs fulfilled!

Under new management be aware! We had a unit here for 2 years the new owners took over and just kept raising the price so high it was ridiculous! They get you by offering a low move in rate then the price will skyrocket trust me! We went from 160 a month up to 300 In a short 2 years. Then we moved out and found one for 160 that's even better then this dump. We also where out 27days early and they don't want to give you any money back from the 30 day rent you paid. Find another storage facility do not go here!

Got lucky today.. was looking for a 5x5 unit and there just happened to be one available. Took care of everything online and then went in to see Jason to get my access code and some more info. Jason was very helpful. He had everything ready to go. It was a breeze and the unit was clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage needs.

I haven't rented a storage unit in years. The man that helped me set up my unit was super nice and the whole process was quick and easy. The unit I rented was very affordable and clean as well. Would definitely recomend!

I moved into Pleasant View September 2022. Since that time, the rent for the unit has more than doubled in less than a year. We moved in at $77/mo and now the new owners are gouging my pockets at $177/mo. The service and quality has not changed and because of my transient lifestyle I am unable to move out as quickly as I would like. I am looking to move out. This was a family owned, local post falls business. The previous owners were honest and when contacting the new representatives they were rude, inconsiderate, and refused to help. Do not move in to Pleasant view.

Do not go here unless you like having price increases every month they were bought out by west coast storage. The prices on their website are not guaranteed and they will use every excuse to nickel and dime you DO NOT GO HERE unless you wanna pay almost 200 dollars for a 10×10. They say they're spending money to fix things and improve security but anyone who's been renting here will tell you nothing has changed or been improved it's the same it has been a year ago.
