I tried to schedule an appointment with them but for some reason they created all kinds of trouble because I am a veteran and have VA benefits. I don't think they intended to discriminate against veterans but it was my experience with them.

If I could review this place 0 stars I would. It takes them WEEKS to send out a referral. They don’t have a patient portal and nobody ever returns your call, if they do it’s days to a week later. Good luck trying to make an appointment if you aren’t in person because they never answer the phone. I had to get my husband to call and complain to management and suggest a lawsuit was in order to get the ball rolling on a dismissal to get a new PCP because the three weeks they were “working on it” with me wasn’t getting anywhere. Because I requested a dismissal they refused to set up an appointment so I could get a referral for an MRI I desperately need. I was ignored when I initially talked to my NP about my constant body pain, “you’re a new mom, that’s just how it is” turns out, I have fibromyalgia. It took my new doctor one visit with family history to realize that and treat it correctly. If you like feeling like a burden of a patient and enjoy being medically gaslit, go ahead and choose this office, but otherwise steer clear.

Ok, I shall attempt to give you a shortish version...I was scheduling my yearly physical and when I called the office I stated repeatedly that the earliest I could arrive after work was 3:30pm. I was told "not a problem, we have a later appointment for 3:30". I made the appointment, even got a text reminding me that I had an appointment at 3:30 that day. I had to get a ride to the office that day as my car was recently totaled, so a friend was nice enough to drop me off in Post Falls and told me she would return for me at 4. I go in to check in for my appointment at 3:33 and apologized for being late. I was told by the front desk clerk that she needed to check and see if my NP would still be willing to see me. ??? I was confused. I said "Because I am 3 minutes late?" She told me "No. You have to be here 15 minutes early to check in or they cancel your appointment." I stated that I needed to get a ride there and had specifically told the woman I scheduled the appointment with that I could not be there before 3:30. Apparently, it did not matter. They still would not see me, had canceled my appointment well before what I believed was my scheduled appointment time and I was left waiting outside of the clinic until my ride could return for me at 4. I would understand if my appointment was scheduled at 3:15 and I arrived at 3:30, but my appointment was for 3:30pm. I was very upset and disappointed, and will be looking for a new PCP sadly.

I'm stunned. I called and asked to be a new patient (my old Doctor is leaving). I was asked if I had ever been perscribed a sleeping pill or pain med in the last 12 months. I said yes. I have insomnia. i was advised to take ambien by a doctor. The lady appologized and said they couldn't take me on....Are you serious? I am not exagerating or embellishing this in any way. They really said that. The entire facility won't enroll me because I took an ambien within the last 12 months!!!! I absolutely resent the implications of this. It makes us patients feel defensive, and suspected of being addicts. They didn't even ask how many I took or how often. (spoiler alert: hardly ever). A doctor perscribed this, I didn't even want ambien because I don't like them. But took it on THEIR advise. Now I can't get a doctor to see me. ....what kind of medical system is this?

I was out of town in a rural area and needed a emergency insulin prescription sent to a pharmacy more than hour away.My regular endocrinologist office is closed on Fridays. Post Falls family Medical is my genera physician office. They refused to send in a prescription for insulin because I haven't been seen since 2021. Ridiculous that they wouldn't send in a life supporting medication prescription. I have no option but to not eat and ration out my insulin until I get home. I am going to file a complaint as well.

I have some old balance for a whole 27 bucks and they won't make me an appt until that is paid off. Money has been tight for my family and I can pay it in a week but then I can't get that appt for a day I am off. Ridiculous. This is why I don't go to the doctor. All they care about is money

I have been a patient for several years, and I’ve noticed that anytime I go in for my annual Medcheck to refill my prescriptions, they only do one prescription. When I have an issue with the pharmacy and I have to call PFFM, they always say “ it’s not in the doctors notes.” I’m sorry, but doesn’t make any sort of reasonable sense that a person would go for an annual med check and not discuss all of their medications? Know it makes no sense. But try telling that to them. I received a very curt and abrupt call from a nurse named Marcy, accusing me of not bringing up my prescriptions during my annual check. I guess they just want to get more office visits and more money. I will not be returning nor will my family. I cannot trust this clinic. Judging from many of the reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing the same issue with trying to get prescriptions refilled. Good luck if you go here, they are absolutely unorganized and makes you wonder what kind of care you are getting in that case.

Not impressed. Seemed fine at first, but then my PCP left and didn’t even tell her patients. Then they want an appointment for everything. Had a routine lab done and they wanted a 3 month follow up lab. Rather than ordering the follow up lab they want me to make yet another appointment to “see what’s going on.” It makes no sense. It’s a FOLLOW UP lab. Then the front office refused to even send a note back to the doctor to ask if they could order the follow up lab. There is no reason why I need an entire office visit for a follow up lab. They can see in my chart from 3 months ago that this was the plan. Even my provider the last time said “why are you here just for this.” I’ll be going elsewhere. Very frustrating experience.

There is good and bad about this office. They can always get you in very quick if you need sort of an emergency appointment, which is nice.My main issue is that they never follow up on anything.I was supposed to get a call to schedule an ultrasound, but they never called. The most recent one was I was supposed to get a call when my IUD came in and never got a call.

Everytime. I have to make 2 separate appointments to get refills but they won’t let me schedule back to back to get those done in the same day. Always say it’s not in the doctors notes. But I talked about it with the doctor. And every year it’s a new doctor. Frustrating and impossible to get ahold of you have to leave a message and they call you back.inconvenient for someone that also works in healthcare

My wife and I had been patients there for years when one time I brought my daughter in the front staff was so rude to me. Now it's just my wife. Dr Petters should be ashamed to have people like that working for him!

Charged an additional office fee during a routine exam. $177 for a 5 minute conversation and BS diagnosis. Billed me 3 months later with a "passed due" notice. Of course it hit in the new year so hitting my previous year's deductible did nothing and I had to pay the full amount. They're a bunch of swindlers in the guise of Doctors.
