I had a unit with them for 3 years and I never had an issue. Shelle was understanding when I let her know if I was going to be paying late. Quick to work with you and for getting back if you have questions or concerns.
Affordable payments as well. I think my unit was a 10x20.

I was trying to help pay my mom's storage and the lady Shelly wouldn't help, when I asked why she started yelling at me! I had to hang up. I called back and asked if we can talk without yelling and she hung up on me! How unprofessional!

This is in regards to the review Pat Wallace left and the response from the owners. Back in March of 2022 mine and my husband's unit was broke into and two others that were beside ours. We had over $1,000 worth of stereo equipment stolen and the only thing the owner said to us is that we should have had insurance. We were assigned a detective and was given a case number. So yes there has been a break in at this facility.

Was not happy at all....service was horrible. Can't get anyone to pick up ah phone in the place...could not even call back..the unit next door got robbed...and the cameras were not working and gate was broke.....would definitely find another place ....this place is sh joke..

Since the new management it seems the gate is always broken to get in. So they leave the other gate open all day so now its not secure. The gate is not open on Sundays so you pay for the unit but can't access your belongings.Since new owners took over they have done alot of cleanup and put in a new gate. Place looks 100 percent better.

I love this storage unit. Just the size I need for all my stuff and a decent price , better than anywhere that I know of. Owners are great as well, I definitely recommend their business
