I brought my car in a few months ago because my brakes were making horrible noises and Steve took the time to explain to me why that was happening and we ended up replacing them, he went above and beyond with my car, even cleaned out the mess on the passenger seat! I ended up returning for winter tires and battery issues this month. Totally recommend this place! Thank you so much Steve! :D

The customer service was awful, I asked a question and they just hung up on me. I wouldn't suggest getting your vehicle serviced here.
Update: The owner’s reply says a lot about their attitude toward customers. I stand by my experience, I asked a simple question, was treated rudely, and hung up on. Professional businesses take feedback seriously instead of attacking reviewers.

I seriously had such a great experience here. Steve was awesome, super honest, patient, and actually took the time to explain what was going on with my car instead of just throwing numbers at me. I never felt pressured, confused, or talked down to, which has definitely happened to me at other shops.
An engine swap is a pretty huge job and he had it done within a week and gave me an amazing price for great work.
My favorite thing about this shop was accommodating he was. He really worked with me, kept me updated the whole time. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in doing things the right way. And that’s rare to find these days.
I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to friends and family. It’s hard to find a place that’s honest and trustworthy, but this is one of them.

I started going to these guys 6 yrs ago. So happy with their work on my rig over the years. There’s not enough positive things I can say about these guys.
Yesterday (5/16/19), I dropped off my rig and they said they were a few days behind on the work they had. Of course I was disappointed, but they managed to look at my rig and fix it today. I am so thankful! Once again, thanks guys!
6 yrs ago, I needed my transmission to be worked on. I told them what I wanted and they did exactly what I asked. They also provided me with other information about transmissions and recommended something else, but didn't pressure me. They also had a fair price on their service, got me an appointment quickly, treated me very respectfully, and were also very friendly. I'd recommend them for any of your mechanical needs. Thanks guys!

I was told by another company I needed ball joints and a quote of 1k. For 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Brought it to Steve since I'd had him install a part on my car I brought to him and he helped and was honest very good vibes. Brought in my truck for bad vibration/shudder at freeway speed. U joints only $600. Saved me from spending 1k plus another $600 when I still had to replace u joints. Has my biz and will always refer him. My truck drives smooth as butter now!

On multiple occasions, Steve quickly and accurately identified the issues with my vehicles, sometimes even over the phone. For example, I had a Suburban with a bad vibration, that ultimately turned out to be a bad u-joint. Over the phone Steve said it was likely tires or driveline. A big name wheel and tire place told me several front end components needed to be replaced, and that would fix it. Since I had just replaced those parts myself within the last couple of years, I took it to Steve instead and he immediately spotted the driveshaft wobbling.
If you are looking for a knowledgeable mechanic who will actually shoot you straight, Steve is your guy.

Steve has been very fair with me. He is an honest man and does a good job. Takes his time and does things right. Has an elderly single woman I feel he was very fair to me and did not take advantage of that situation. Also my daughter and her daughter take their cars to him we all have subarus. Thank you Steve

I took my Subaru here on the recommendation of my neighbor for a concern which I had been told to address. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service Stephen provided. He took time to communicate and explain the situation with my car thoroughly, and was patient answering my questions, even clarifying why the costly procedure was not necessary. I left with a greater understanding of the mechanics of my vehicle, what to watch for, and how to proceed. I feel very confident trusting this shop for my vehicle needs going forward.

Steve, the owner, has been referred through my friend many a times with his work and services and helpfulness to so many people. Steve was so nice and let my friend use his “loaner” car as he repaired her vehicle. Now this was a older mini van, no complaints, she was grateful for the help. She had the car for two days and all those days it was raining in post falls. Please explain to me how it makes sense that when she returns the car she gets told to never bring her services there again because the outside of the car was muddy?? He took her by so much surprised she thought he was joking. Yet, it had still not stopping raining let alone we are in Post falls surrounded by fields!!
