Loved working with the store manager she is very respectful. We definitely had a great experience with the staff, but the reason for leaving was because our rent was raised so much we feel our unit was not worth what it was raised to it was a 8x10 unit with only a small man door for access into the unit and as far as access to get to the unit was very tight a person could not get a trailer to it, and couldn’t even get a full size pickup to the unit, not all there units were like this thay do have some normal size units, we were there for just over 2 years and our rent went from $80 plus insurance of $9 insurance $89 per month ( very affordable) to $142 per month not worth it at that point!

What a amazing facility and a huge bright star ? working at the front desk! She is amazing, caring, and very proficient at was she does! The business itself is super clean and security is top notch. "Cookie" made the experience a 100% breeze with a added personal touch of kindness. Will definitely return in the future!! Great job A+++++

I rent a unit here. Prices were favorable at first, but were raised a month later by $30. My chief complaint is the lack of upkeep and security. The building my unit is in has no working lights in the vicinity, it is completely dark everywhere, not talking about inside my unit, but everywhere outside it. Asked the pleasantly kind lady at the front desk if she could have someone change out the light bulbs. She mentioned it had been well over a year with the lights not working and explained the power to that area needed to be repaired. According to her, the corporation owns the units, refuses to put any money into fixing the power for outdoor lighting and to fix the security cameras. She forewarned me that the area may not be plowed in the winter, which will be interesting. Overall the place from the street looks to be a nice facility from the street but for the price I pay it would be nice to know it’s secure and be provided some level of lighting when back in the complex.

I have had storage units here for 4+ years. During that time I have have not had any problems. I love the office management. They have been so very helpful when I needed help. I would recommend this location to anyone storage units in the area.

i have rented from this company 2 times now. each time they have done nothing wrong to me. have accommodated me in ways when i need it. cookie the gal that runs the office has great customer service! they are wonderful storage units.

Northwest Self Storage in Post Falls, Idaho is the best self storage facility we have ever used. Cookie, the manager was a dream to work with and the facility is clean and well kept.

11/1/2021 so far excellent service. We are now officially out and it is the end of November, comma they were super cool about refunding us for the payment that we paid ahead of time. I thought it was a 20 day notice but come to find out it's only a 10 day, we are out now and no issues use I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs storage and it is very secure we never had an issue. They have locations in Idaho and Washington State.

Brand new and really nice facility. Leasing staff was very pleasant and thoughtful. Though the rental process was easy and really quick they are very expensive. My 10x15 was twice the price of another 10x20 unit I have at another place so I will only be renting here one month.
