I just replaced my old insert with a better local brand recommended by Matthew. He was very knowledgeable and kind. (Unlike the salesman at another store in CDA) Then Drew & Shawn installed it today. I was very pleased as they were kind, professional, organized and very clean. You couldn't tell they had been there except I had a brand new fireplace insert. I highly recommend this business.

Update to earlier review. After a few more days with this hot tub, a few more comments about the unit. Jets are numerous and powerful, providing a welcome water massage. Controls are simple, with control panel showing options in high definition. Music system works great with Bluetooth and has a rich sound. The hot tub can be controlled via an application over the internet and this was easy to install and works reliably. Thinking this was a very good pick.

Drew and Josh came out to remove a wood stove for us so we could have new tile installed. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. They were able to change my dates to reinstall 3 times due to tile issues. VERY ACCOMMODATING. They work clean and were very informative when reinstalling the wood stove. I appreciate businesses that hire workers that treat it as if it were their own!

I purchased a gas stove for my condo two years ago and it was a great experience. Fantastic follow through and such a great product. Now, I've purchased a home that came with a Wellis Hot Tub which was only a year old. It appeared to be leaking but the sellers and their agent reassured us it was fine. It wasn't. I called Quality Stoves (which was where it was purchased) yesterday to see if they could come and take a look. They scheduled me for today and actually called to see if they could come earlier which was great. The pump was cracked and unfortunately, when ownership is transferred, the warranty is void. Not only are they going to try and get the warranty to cover this, they had the part in stock and are installing it now. You would be foolish to go anywhere else!!! I will always highly recommend them!! :)

New house install and service. Blake our service technician came out to check our fan as it was making a noise. Not only was he able to quickly diagnose it, he was also able to recreate the noise and the fix it. Super happy with the service. This was exceptional. Great job Blake and Quality Stoves!

We have used Quality Stoves and Spas in the past to help us with both of our older fireplaces and our experiences have always been incredible. Today was no exception!In a day and age where good communication and old fashioned customer service seems to have died out, it is definitely alive and well at Quality Stoves and Spas. Everyone there is friendly and they treat you with so much respect. I love to support family owned businesses as we also have one, but these guys are very deserving of a 5-Star review!!!Today our service technician named Tyler helped us troubleshoot a fireplace issue that neither we nor our guests could resolve. Tyler not only helped us fix the issue over the phone he double checked to make sure we were taken care of and that everything was working perfect. As busy as his day ahead of him already was, he was willing to make himself available via phone if we needed him to walk us through some troubleshooting tips. That is a person that truly cares about his customers. Issue was fixed quickly and everyone was happy.Thank you Tyler for going above and beyond and taking the time to help us when you were already super busy. I highly recommend Quality Stoves and Spas to anyone wishing for great customer service, as well as friendly staff and a huge selection of fireplaces and spas and more. Bad Hot Tub Repair Experience! I needed a valve replaced in my hot tub due to backflow issues. A week later, notified QSS tub was losing water. Supposed to be a 30 day warranty period. Was charged for service call because was told it was a different problem not related to new valve. Paid to fix leaks that QSS said were there. Tub continued losing water after three appointments. Couldn't afford to have QSS come again, as was being charged regardless if within 30 day warranty period.Got someone else to look at tub. Discovered new valve was leaking a lot. Spoke with Tyler at QSS and explained leak from new valve. Tyler agreed to fix the valve at no cost. Appointment was made for three weeks later. QSS had me drain tub to prepare for repair. One week before appointment, Phil said couldn't warranty work because it had been so long, and I should've called sooner. This was about QSS correcting a job done badly rather than warranty issue. Also, I had called immediately after the original job, when QSS did not honor warranty or check their work. Phil said he no longer carried Coast Spas and wasn't sure if could get parts. I decided to order the parts directly from Coast Spas myself, and they arrived within a week.QSS repair policies put customers at a disadvantage and costs customers time and money. 1. QSS has hot tubs drained before every appointment. No way QSS could correctly diagnose a water loss problem, troubleshoot, or check their work for leaks from a dry tub. 2. QSS sent same repairman to all three appointments. By third call, different repairman should've been sent out to job. 3. QSS has warranty period of 30 days. This isn't enough time for customers to catch bad workmanship or misdiagnosis. 4. QSS doesn't honor their warranty or stand behind their work. They blame the owner, the hot tub, the manufactured parts, and new problems that may or may not exist.

We recently bought a new Kuma wood stove for our cabin. Issac did a great job walking us through the selection of stoves and finding the right one. Drew and Josh installed the stove and were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. With me being the builder of our cabin, I had a big interest in how they perform the install and they were very kind to walk me through every step. I would definitely buy from Quality Stove ad Spa again!

How did we ever live without a wood stove???Quality Stoves was extremely helpful. Carl helped us figure out where to locate our stove, which one to get, etc. They all helped us so much. They installed it exactly when they said they could. No surprise costs. Only thing better was if I could see it from every room in the house!!! We love it. We're going shopping tomorrow to pick up the tool set & log holder that we kinda forgot about. Until then, sorry about the mess.Drew & Josh (the installers) even helped us put our furniture back in place after the install. And they cleaned up after themselves perfectly. They worked hard all day with only a small lunch break.

Our experience with Quality Stoves was a mixed one. We had a gas fireplace framed (not finished) and installed costing $9150. We agreed on a quoted price. All I can say is there was a lack of communication on Quality Stoves part which caused some undue confusion and missed inspection. The installers and tradesman were great and very proficient. The quote given was for 2 days labor at $3000. The work was done in approximately 9hrs in one day. When I inquired about the charge I was told "well the crew had prep for the job, plus their minimum labor charge is $2500". We were charged the full price. We were given 3 different balances due at the completion of the job which was again confusing as nothing had been explained as to why the amount was different at anytime during the install. After asking for an explanation we were given the original amount due. Not sure we would recommend this company.

Quality stoves in post falls did an amazing job. They had everything in stock and within a few days we had two brand new stoves delivered and installed. I can’t say enough nice things about them.
