Worst groomer I've ever dealt with! Just wanted my dogs toenails clipped. I always ask if groomer is comfortable working on large dogs. Yep. Told her he did best standing on the door mat but she wouldn't oblige. She clipped one nail, stopped, went and got her glasses so she could see (shouldn't she have already had them on?) Clipped a couple more nails. Then she pulled my dog's leg out sideways above his back until he couldn't balance. When I complained she said she had to see to clip the nails and got a guy to hold onto him, while she still pulled on dog's leg. When my dog pulled away, he threw himself on my dog's back. That's enough! I asked where the groomer was that usually clipped his nails (in a couple of minutes without discomfort to my dog). I was told she no longer worked there but I was welcome to go to Spirit Lake where she worked now [snicker]. Guess I know now who are the dirty dogs and it's not the canines. I left there with almost two paws clipped, wondering how she treats dogs when their owners AREN'T standing right there? If you love your dog, I'd advise staying away from this shop!

I don't know about the car wash portion, but I wasn't happy with the dog wash.1. I have a dog who really doesn't like taking a bath. The attendant decided to hover around us, interrupting over and over to ask questions about the dog, and generally being a pest. I'm sorry she howls, but seriously, go away, I'm dealing with a dog in meltdown mode. I'm sure the attendant meant to be helpful, but it was really just one more thing to deal with when I didn't need it.2. The water pressure is terrible. No wonder you need 20 minutes, rinsing takes well over 5 minutes.3. The water is cold to lukewarm. Too cold for winter, though I think this would be fine, even refreshing in summer for the dog.4. I called ahead and was told they have towels to use. My dog is afraid of the dryer. They do not have towels, or they didn't today. So my dog climbed into my car still sopping wet, poor thing.5. Finally, didn't really like tubs. They don't feel secure for larger dogs. They need higher sides and an overhead chain attachment, as well as a way to gate off the opening. They also need to be lower to assist people placing dogs in the bathtub. If your dog likes a bath and will go right into a tub, this might be an okay value for you, but it feels like an 8 dollar service that costs 15. It's pricey for what amounts to a post run hose down.

DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. they do not perform what you pay for. my dog is in the vet SICK because they have been lying about secreting her glands. absolutely awful customer service and the owner is rude. find a better option and better place that you're pet will feel safe and will be taken care of properly.

I've taken my dog there for almost a year she hasn't been feeling well lately I took her for her yearly vet visit and they checked her glands they were so full they asked if I had been taking her to the groomers and having then secrete her glands, I said yes without fail. I was advised by the vet they are so full they had to clean them two different ways and this is why she is getting so sick. I've paid for the services but I now know where NOT to take her. My daughter called them and they have records and dates of services but after being told by two different employees they are the "owner" and to come in (as she did) they would call the vet to verify but they called the cops and screamed at my 19 year old daughter and said were not allowed on property? 1. I was never going back, 2. they asked we come to verify what the vet said But then just screamed and called the cops? Seems like from there reaction they know they are NOT doing a good job or in my case just there job that is being paid for over and over? Why ask us to come to call the vet and verify what was said just to call the cops to have no trespassing and to scream at a 19 year old girl??? again at first they were nice but 2021 I have no idea other than careless staff!

We just moved to the area in October and I was looking for a local groomer. We live in CDA though but my mom went to you dirty dog and she recommended them. My poor girl got so matted and we hadn't been able to afford to take her to the groomer. But today, I brought her to you dirty dog finally, and they were so kind to me. I felt so bad that my dog was matted and was in bad shape but they never made me feel bad. She was very understanding and didn't even charge me the matting fee. They also did a GREAT job with my girl even though she was in bad shape. I was contemplating trying to find a groomer closer, but I was so pleased today that I will keep going to you dirty dog. It's businesses like this that will thrive and be successful.

My dogs are extremely shy and don’t like people picking them up or petting them. Usually I can tell if my dogs like someone by the way they act. When I picked them up I could tell they really liked Sue. She did grooming on them no other groomer has ever done. They now look like show dogs. She made them look so beautiful as well as smell terrific. She did a real thorough job. I will definitely take them back to her. She’s a great groomer and lady. Thank you Sue.

I have now taken our maltipoo in two different times to be groomed and You Dirty Dog in Post Falls is simply fantastic!! The prices are so reasonable, the salon is incredibly clean, and most importantly they do such a great job each time, I highly recommend their services.

We always bring our dogs here to get bathed because the Ritzy Dog Wash makes it easy to lock them in so they can't squirm around. Even though I continue to use this dog wash, I do feel that they are either 1) Overpriced for what you get, or 2) they need to be on top of their cleanliness and supplies. On several occasions I have either had zero Shampoo or zero Conditioner coming out of the sprayer. This last time, I had NEITHER! I spent 15 minutes washing my dogs with pure water just hoping that something would come out because I had just spent $10 to wash them. I was already committed at this point and I ended up having to switch my dog to the other bath tub and spend ANOTHER $10 where both the Shampoo and Conditioner were plentiful. I've also on several occasions lost the head to the dryer hose because it is such high pressure and cheaply made that the end of it flies off. I'm stuck trying to dry my dog off not only with just the hose but also with ice cold air that really does nothing to dry off my dog. No amount of time with the blow dryer helps. They are still soaking wet when you leave. The baths are usually always COVERED in hair along with the brushes they provide for you to use. (This is mostly a given with it being a Dog wash, but I think they should clean them out more often). Also, I understand that it's hard to choose a water pressure to please everyone when you have any size of dog from a Dachshund to a Great Dane being brought in to be washed, however, the water pressure requires you to take much longer to wash than needed. Probably because it helps you spend more time there which = more money in their pockets.

The super deluxe didn't seem to do as much as advertised but the car looked pretty clean after so can't complain too much.

Today is Sunday, and tomorrow was supposed to be Monday, but it's not. It's still Sunday because I still have a dirty car. In Post Falls Idaho an older gentleman that works there asked us to get out of line & pull back around because he thought we cutted . Won't never be back again
