Movers showed up on time and didn't waste any time moving the furniture from three rooms in our home out into the garage so carpet layers can come in and not be bothered by furniture being in their way.

Made a special effort to plan a trip so that some of my heaviest items could be moved from storage, was meticulous on making sure items were loaded correctly, strapped so that other items loaded in the truck prior to mine ( other pleased customer ) were protected.
