I was storing a boat and I needed 24-hr access due to needing to grab it very early in the morning to go fishing, hunting, etc. My previous storage location updated their policy and got rid of their 24-hr access and I had about a week to find a new location. Trenton was very helpful and quick in getting me setup. He had the spot and I was able to book it the day I found out the news from the old storage location; and move in next day. He was always helpful and quick to answer/return any calls throughout my time there. Very reasonable price as well. Even when I checked out (due to getting a personal garage) he made the process very easy and seamless. This place has great security, cameras everywhere, and no overnight squatters to my knowledge (which is an issue at some 24-hr access storages). Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe 24-hr storage facility.

Everyone I talked to was very thorough in answering question, took time to welcome me and explain process. They were quick to respond to all emails and calls. Move in and out process is seamless. Recommend to everyone, and if we ever need storage unit again will rent through them.

Honestly, amazing service from the young gentleman over the phone. I was looking for storage and they're all full in this area. They happened to have two left at river rock and the guy over the phone helped me out to do it online, called back to give me the info on my code and where my storage was located. Amazing customer service and great rates.
