I personally really enjoy coming into this store. The staff is always helpful.Everybody does what they can to help fulfill everybody's needs that comes in that door. I appreciate them and appreciate everybody's hustle when they are low on staff.My hat's off to the new store manager Ryan, he is doing an awesome job!Everybody in every department do an awesome job. And thank you for all the new employees there that are willing to jump in and help make this store successful.

Bought a brand new weed trimmer and it stopped working in 8 days. I only got to use it once then it took them one month to fix it. You’re better off buying gear anywhere else.

Went in yesterday midday, figured I would give the Post Falls store another chance for a spark plug and maybe check out dog food again. To my dismay and disgust, the mouse infestation in the dog food aisle has still NOT been taken care of. There were mouse droppings all over the floor mixed in with dog food and all of the shelves. The disappointing part is I had brought this issue up with the store employee and the store manager back in February yet here we are still dealing with the same problem. Clearly, this hasn’t been addressed, and I can’t help but think of all of the dogs and cats pet food that is contaminated, and those animals could be possibly sick because of their negligence. Store owners need to know about this as well as the local health department! This pet food aisle needs to be gutted, completely stripped down, cleaned disinfected the contaminated food all needs to be discarded. And above all this needs to NOT happen during store hours when customers are in the store shopping. This needs to be addressed after hours properly! Stores have insurance policies, contact a pest control company and a cleaning company get this handled!

My husband and I visited this Ace Hardware Store in Post Falls. Ryan greeted us at the door and took us to where we could find all the items we needed. He was super friendly and helpful. This is a very nice hardware store.

You can’t go wrong with Ace BUT this one has tanked. What was once a store with reputable clerks and staff is now just a place for everyone in town to work at. Customers are addressed by the staff as “bro, dude and my man” while the other remaining employees couldn’t tell you the difference between a hammer and a saw.

I found all the associates to be very helpful. If one could not help me he would find somebody who could. Then that associate would show us both where and what we were looking for.

Gave me a can of paint with a loose lid. Barely wiggled it when i got out of my car and the lid came off and soaked my neighbors black car in white paint. Went back and they offered no solution or reimbursement for the cleaning products I had to buy. Maybe the guy who has a training tag on in the paint section should actually have someone training him. Thank you for all of your help Ace!! your manager was very rude

Have had all my lawnmowers service for years at Post Falls Ace .. drove in from Hayden this morning only to be told they don’t service lawnmowers anymore. PUT THE NOTICE ON YOUR WEB SITE .. so your customers don’t waste their time visiting the store.

They need to bring back the popcorn to make it 5 stars. My kids don't want to go with me to shop anymore since no more popcorn. Still a great store with great folks!

My local Ace. Very friendly staff that are knowledgeable and eager to help. Good deals are to be found on the app. Other Aces in neighboring towns sometimes have a larger selection.

Always great service and you can find a lot of unusual stuff that isn't in the big box stores, ie hardware and screws etc.

They are not open until 8 pm. They close at 7pm on Mon-Sat, and at 6pm on Sun.UPDATE: Thanks for the quick response, Brett!

I find myself in this place always looking for something in particular and I never know exactly what I need. (I'm usually trying to fix something I have no idea how to fix on my own). I'm ALWAYS helped right away by whomever is at the door right when you walk in and they tell me exactly what I need, even if I didn't know it haha. Thanks for always being super helpful guys!
