Zero stars. This used to be an okay place with pretty good prices. Prices have become outrageous, some higher than retail, for example Dollar store items for $2.50+ for used, when you could pay half for new. The manager (I think she's the manager - the one with the brunette-red Dutch Boy hairdo) is consistently rude and won't give sale prices unless you ask for them, then she acts she's doing you a huge favor for honoring their posted sales, or argue that the item you are trying to purchase is not included in the sale. I was dropping off donations once and a British woman hollered out, "Don't bring any clothes. We are NOT accepting clothes right now. We have TOO MANY clothes!" I wasn't dropping off clothes, just kitchen items and decor. I wish I would have just closed my trunk and drove away and taken them to the North Idaho Youth Ranch Store. Real question - if they have too many clothes, why don't they lower their prices? I won't be back. Ever. I used to shop there 2-3 times per week. No more.

Stopped by today to double check if they're open since there was a photo someone else posted here of a paper posted on their door saying they're closing this location. Those papers are still there, it's dark inside, and there were no cars. No idea if they've just moved or are closing this branch for good.

That was a first. I was going to St Vincent tonight after work for a very specific thing. Walked in to the store at 4:51 with plenty of time to find it and check out if needed.I was greeted with, “we’re closed.”I said, “I’m sorry, I thought the door said you close at 5.”“We do but I want to get out of here at 5 so we’re closed.”“But it’s 4:51,” I replied.“But I want to leave at 5.”I just stared at her stunned and left.I’m sure she figured I’d be in there for a long time, but she didn’t ask if I thought I could be done by 5. She just dismissed me.I haven’t had a good experience at the Post Falls location since COVID but this took the cake. I’m really glad other places I shop stay open until the time they say they’ll close because I think it’s fair to expect that.I’d recommend any other thrift store in Post Falls before I would St Vinny’s which is sad because it used to be my favorite. ?

Neat little thrift store has a nice wide variety of clothing, home furnishings, lawn and garden, repair items. Friendly atmosphere. A little spendy but still very much worth a stop. You never know what you'll find.

I have been overcharged by this store twice. It’s got good stuff on it, just really WATCH the amount the cashier is charging you.

Wonderful store. The lady that runs the store is so nice and has such a giving heart. Been there a few times and always see a teen being trained right in the store. Can't wait to support this awesome store!

Changed review from 5 stars to 2 stars due to last 10 visits. I use to spend an average of 25-40.00 a week here but now leave empty handed (last 10 times). Cost went way up! Overpriced!!! And customer service went down hill!! Now I will just shop at Idaho youth ranch and other local thrift stores. Will change review when experience changes. Will check in about a month.

It has been quite a while since I've gone here that I didn't know the location had moved. I do like the new location however, the furniture area is smaller than the last location and not as much stuff/options. They keep some items in very tight cramped spaces which makes it nerve-wracking when multiple people are in the same area. Still have good deals but things are definitely being priced higher than when I used to go more frequently (understandable considering inflation). Good thing is they still do 50% off entire store on Wednesdays!

What happened to the thrift stores where you could make offers or hagle a lil on the price? Everything was really high prices for a thrift store, 8$ for a pair of jeans, 15$ for a comforter... 20$ for a pair of used hair trimmers... I could go on. Not really to impressed.

One of the best thrift shops in kootenai county. Make sure you stop in on Wednesday, half off whole store!

I went to this location and bought a walker for my grandfather that just got out of the hospital. they had me write down my name and number down cuz the internet was down at the time and the transaction maybe go through. Later that day i got s call from this rude guy saying my card got declined and i need to come in a pay for the walker and i had end of the business day or else. i told him im my grandfather care giver and i can be in the next day at my earliest convenience. he told me to be there befor 10 and hang up. next day i got a call from the same rude guy at 10am saying i need to come in a pay for or bring back the walker.● wrote my name down● wrote my phone number down●pick up the phone both times● explained the that im the only care giver and work a 40hr week job.● explained that i will be in the pay for it.idk if he is trying to be the Grinch. but he definitely ruin the little Christmas spirit i had left.Plz shop at goodwill or the Idaho youth ranch it only couple doors down and have way better Customer service and they wont ruin Christmas for you.
