I ordered a replacement phone at no cost for my son's phone two weeks ago. I was Never called or told it came in. They claimed they sent me an email but I was told they would call me. I don't take emails for this. Im so busy with my business that i told them I need a phone call. I was given too many excuses as to why they could not get into my account. They sent back my son's phone claiming the system told them to do it. District Mgr never called me to come & get it. Yg man said we only send emails. I'm thoroughly disgusted w/the terrible attitude of Mgr who refused to wait & listen to me: YG MAN CALLED HIM ON PHONE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE USE TO BE GOOD PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS. IT IS TERRIBLE NOW. THE ROBOTIC SYSTEM TOLD THEM TO SEND PHONE BACK. REALLY! WHEN DID WE START LISTENING & OBEYING ROBOTIC SYSTEMS & LAZY MGRS & THEIR ASSISTANTS DONT BOTHER. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO GOOD OLD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO: "I CARE ABOUT MY CUSTOMER". I'M VERY UPSET VERY WITH TMOBILE. THIS IS NOT RIGHT.

I came into the T-Mobile store twice in the last 5 months and was helped by the very reliable Kellen both times. He was super friendly and very efficient in solving my phone problems. I highly recommend him for his professionalism & attitude.

Pretty atrocious customer service from the manager of this store. Unwilling to explain how the credit system works or treat a new customer with the basic respect of coming out to talk about options. Definitely tried to cut me a bad deal too, as after visiting the CDA store and accomplishing what I needed done, I saved far more money than we had initially spoken of over the phone the day before my drive down.

Carlos is a freaking God. Seriously cannot express how much I don't hate dealing with T-Mobile. Customer service is hard and Carlos is killing it.

T-mobile, hands down the worst people, and support of any service provider. Nothing will get you running back to Verizon faster than dealing with T-mobile. Verizon may cost more, but... you get what you pay for. Zero stars for T-mobile!

Switched carriers from AT&T to T-Mobile and it was the easiest switch I've ever done. Was helped by Dakota at Costco and he was extremely helpful and patient with all my family's questions! If you're gonna go here try and request if he's avaliable because you won't be disappointed and he'll make the experience stress free and enjoyable!

How about providing the service customers are paying for. Properly advise customers when there are issues, along with an ETA for fixing it. oh and employees in your store that don't look like they are more interested in their phone than actually helping people.
