Some of the worst customer service on the planet. Alien Gear is a joke and ruined by these losers

It is hands down the most toxic and clicky work environment. They hire family members and friends who don't have the skill set to tie their own shoes. The "management" passed their responsibilities down to "leads" who do nothing. They will mentally destroy anyone who cares or strives to excel on the job.
