I am a woman that has had tire troubled multiple times. I took my old vehicle there because I had a tire that kept going flat and I didn't know why. So I took it in. They were so helpful, just working me in as a walk in and figuring it out for me. They quickly set me up with a new valve stem and sent me on my way. Well, I recently bought a new vehicle, and it had two tires that kept going low so I went here and they worked me in again and found nails, and patched me up every single time i've come here every employee is so nice and so helpful. I also got quotes for multiple options of tires. I cannot give a higher recommendation for TireRama! Great prices and great service!

I took my truck in to have a tire checked, it was leaking air. The staff that greeted me was very friendly, listened to what I was experiencing gathered some info, and said we will get right on it. I asked about how long it would take, he said 30 minutes or so. They got my truck right in and found the issue and resolved it within the time frame stated. The service tech was super friendly and explained the issue and how they resolved it. Very very impressed with every person I interacted with and the quality of work accomplished.

Today was my second time bring my truck to these guys to fix a hole in my tire and they did an awesome job in and out within 30 minutes and no charge! These guys really helped me out gabe was awesome at the front desk and the rest of the guys were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming here for my tire needs in the future.

I took some tires I had previously purchased from another retailer in the past, and had them mounted on my custom summer wheels on 4/19/2025.
The gentleman and the front counter was very kind and courteous, and helped me get my tires on before I needed to leave for work.
Later that same day I noticed during the service multiple chips and various damage had been caused on the lip and spokes of my discontinued wheels. I detail my car often and had inspected the wheels thoroughly just two days prior when I put my summer wheels on.
Last night I went to replace brake pads on my car at home, something I’ve done on this car many times without issue.
The problem occurred when I realized my lug bolts (VW) had been extremely over torqued. Not slightly over tightened but virtually impossible to remove.
Another professional was unable to remove the lug bolts with their air impact, and broke an impact socket using a breaker bar while removing the lug bolts.
I am extremely unpleased with my experience. The techs could have cracked my alloy wheels, and have now comprised the integrity of my lug bolts. I will now need to replace all 20 bolts, and inspect my wheels for any further damage.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I have lost all trust with this establishment, and wouldn’t even go there to have it made right.
I will be contacting corporate and requesting a full refund and new lug bolts.

We recently went in to price out wheels and tires for our 21’ Sienna. We worked with a gentleman named Gabe. He was phenomenal! Usually when a woman goes in to a “anything auto related” store we are spoken down to or taken advantage of but that was not the case at all this time! He was super respectful, super helpful, gave his honest opinion on quality and durability. Wasn’t pushy, even let me look through the magazine of wheels without hovering. When I asked for prices on products he was more than willing to look up each one without rolling eyes or making it seem like an inconvenience. Tire Rama was able to beat 2 other competitors on pricing. They ordered wheels and tires and they arrived QUICKLY. They put them on the van in what felt quickly as well(which is nice when you have 4 kids waiting in the lobby with you). The waiting room was nice. The facility was clean. Gabe has earned a new life customer for all our vehicles!

Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation. Wheels were out of balance after I got on the freeway a couple days later. Called in they said bring it in so did. They told me the weights must have fallen off due to them being stick-on. They got it done and said your are good to go. Then find out that at lower speeds the wheels vibrate horribly. Called again and they say bring it in and they say the same thing as before. They were better but we're still vibrating. Frustrated I took it to another shop in town and all 4 were out of balance, argh!!! I would not recommend this shop to friends or family but maybe an enemy to get not quality easy work.

Really great experience today.
It was snowing like crazy and my tired were horrible. I dropped in without calling first and I was able to get new tires that same day. 👍

I appreciated the knowledgeable service and the guy at the front. There was mistake made on the service I received, and when I went back and explained it the next day. They didn't belittle me or try to justify themselves; instead they took ownership offered to correct the mistake and refunded me. This instills trust for me as the customer which I have not had when their competitors have made mistakes. I am pleased.
