Can never get a hold of them when I call them and I've had issues saying they can't deliver a package because they either have the wrong address or no one lives here or we get no mail at all which is hilarious because I've lived in the same house with my parents since it was built in 1996 something needs to be done

PJ went above and beyond to make sure that I got a package that was delivered to the correct place as far as what was written on the package but the postmaster at the sending post office made an error. He took up the time to look up my address and reroute the package to me after it had already sat on the wrong porch for over 3 weeks. When I called the Post Office, I was lucky enough to talk to him and he was kind and took the time to hear my story and jogged his memory from the day before. Because of him I was able to get the irreplaceable memory that my cousin had made for me when her dad had passed away. This is not the kind of service you usually find and I think he should be recognized for the man that he is!!

The folks are the counter have always greeted me with a smile, answered my questions and helped me. My mail carrier has shown up rain or shine and put my packages on my porch safely and thoughtfully. They have been running in a reduced staff for years and the dedication to their community is honorable.

I don’t know if the people posting bad reviews have even been in this post office, or if maybe they just had a bad day, but I love this place! The employees are so sweet and kind and funny, always there to help you save money and make it easy, and it’s so clean and organized!

Would give negative stars if possible! Too lazy to get out and deliver packages, if they do deliver they just throw them! Constantly send back mail stating undeliverable. Throw handfuls of mail in dumpsters when they don't feel like working. Can't email or call to get answers. Worst service I've ever experienced!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The level of incompetence here is unreal. No one understands how to use their systems or their tools. It's always a "go home and fix it" answer. These people are overpaid for doing absolutely the bare minimum and being cocky about it as they do ?

During the holiday season patience and a positive attitude go a long way! The customer service was excellent today. The post office opened earlier than normal today to accommodate customers. The clerk today was friendly, thanked me for waiting, and was cheerful. I wish I would have gotten her name, but all the staff was working hard. Thank you for a great start to my day today!

Staff routinely lies about packages being delivered that are just sitting in the post office because the driver doesn't feel like delivering them. I personally have been in the office one a week for months because the driver for my area, Sherri/Sheralyn didn't deliver packages and marks them unclaimed. I've paid money to send packages to friends that half the time come back to me without ever being delivered. I desperately want to support USPS over corporations like ups but the more and more it's becoming clear that USPS isn't a business; its a scam that accepts money for a service they have no intention of performing.

USPS Has decided that I moved and couldn't deliver my packages, over $50 worth of pay and they can't deliver. They just decide if they want to send it back because they don't THINK I live there or not. I've been trying to contact them, yet they keep giving me errors for the tracking ID provided on THEIR WEBSITE. Hopefully they can give an email and a response to how much they're delaying my orders and losing more than 30 dollars a package.

Our packages continue to be delivered at different houses resulting in refunds and constant phone calls with robots. the delivery man races through our neighborhood and just throws packages at whichever house he chooses (music blasting, doesn’t care to watch out for kids in the neighborhood). If you can I urge you to use someone else for your deliveries! I really hope we could strive for consistency and professionalism in the future from USPS delivery employees.

Mostly don't have issues and I understand our cul-de-sac apartments or labeled unclearly, but since getting a door bell camera I've witnessed lack of care in delivery recently.
