Don here at the Post Falls vapor lounge is amazing! I had a super weird scenario with my vape not connecting, and he took the time to diagnose it and give me a solution. I ended up having to buy a new vape, but the fact that he went above and beyond to trouble shoot it instead of telling me to buy a new one makes all the difference.

So I don't know why or how people give this place good reviews. About a month ago I was sold a very bad battery by someone at this location and was promised that it had features it did not on top of being full returnable. When I realized how terrible this battery was I went to return it. The whole time I returned it I was quite and respectful as I work in retail and understand the stress of customer service. I was then screamed at by 3 big dudes who crowded around me about how I was dumb for even suggesting I could return it. That was about a month ago, since then I have had 2 friends who have had a similar experience. Do not shop here if you value your money or time, I would not be suprised if the good reviews on here are bots.

The employees at this Vapor Lounge are top tier! Very knowledgeable on all the products, and can reliably give good reccomendations. 10/10 reccomend for a good vape store, I'll even make the drive from Coeur d alene for their superior customer experience. Plus it smells nice in there.

Best vapor lounge around. I only and have only shopped at vapor lounge, and I have been and always will be extremely satisfied with their prices and their vape products! I am not condemning any other vape, lounge or vape store, but as a personal preference, I have always preferred vapor lounge!

I visit these folks regularly for my vape juice. On my last visit I took my inside to ask about coils and the associate changed the vape settings for me and got the appropriate coils. It is so much better now. Btw, this gentleman is great, very knowledgeable and super nice! I don't know his name so I will identify him as having very long hair. Thanks for always great customer service!

Long time customers been coming here for almost 2 years and today me and myWife went in and we each separately picked out a vape and when we went to check out my wife realized she forgot her ID so the guy said he could not sell her one. Ok fine that's understandable... but the employee then refused to sell me a vape even though I had my ID ???You just lost 2 loyal customers. The employee with the bleach blonde hair was very rude about it.

Briana is the absolute best!! I am always super excited to see her whenever I come in! She is unbelievably kind and always has a smile on her face! She handles everyone well in a professional but friendly manner. She takes the time to get to know her regulars always making sure you feel welcome! She also has great tastes in flavors whenever you can't decide ?
