They have multiple vets that work out of the center so you always have someone to see. Unlike other veterinary centers in the area who operate by one veterinarian for the whole center. They took care of my little boy when he had a medical problem and I couldn't be happier with the results.”

“I have gone to river city for over 20 years I've lived in the post falls for 69 years. I loved them all and I dearly miss Dr. Clovis who is now in Athol. He was just my person, but Dr Johnson is just second to Dr. Clovis. I must say. . Dr.Luce the few times I have had to have him always tells me he's far too busy for my questions and then I miss my 15 minute slot I have paid for. .The only issue I've really had this recurring is they constantly change their email, which I emailed them now and then for issues, questions, appointments, things like that. And then they don't get it for like a year because they've changed their email and nobody looks at the old email. ... So make sure you call them or get a new email if you're going to email them. Other than that, they're just stellar.”

“It's never good to have to visit an emergency veterinarian's office for obvious reasons. This is the second time we've had to come for different pets unfortunately. Although this is always stressful, the care that is provided and the professionalism of the staff has been outstanding!
