The customer service is amazing here! I’m not sure of the lady’s name that I was talking to, & now I’m kicking myself for not knowing but she was lovely. She offered to help search for anything I might be after & was very informative about the store when I had questions, & over all was just very kind. I highly recommend stopping in if you haven’t before.

Video Theatre is a great place. The minute you walk through the door. The nostalgia of the past comes shining through. Video stores were once part of American culture. Friday and Saturday nights you could find families at video stores picking out movies, getting popcorn and other snacks. Video Theatre was and still is a part of that culture. And it is awesome to find that they are still here. You can find new releases. And older movies that are sometimes not available on streaming services. You can also purchase movies. The staff are very personable and are willing to help you find what you are looking for. Especially if you are unsure of what movie you might be looking for. I thoroughly enjoyed and continue to enjoy my time visiting this awesome establishment!!

If you pay with cash make sure you count the cash they give back.
I would not recommend this establishment although they have a lot to offer

Absolutely fantastic the staff their know their movies and knowledge of marvel and other stuff huge fan of their inexpensive movie rentles just wish that some of the newer say 2020 too 2023 movies would be moved off of the 1 night rentles list a couple months after the movie has been released too vidio theater just saying

FREE RENTALS* So nostalgic! The lady working there told me that they've been open for 40 years. I'm thrilled that they are still open, & will happily give them my business.
*On Monday nights you can rent any two family or Disney movies for five night for FREE. No catch!!! (I personally think you should still rent another movie so they can make a little money, but it's not required. Please support our local businesses!)

Stopped in tonight at 7:55. One would think plenty early to rent a movie on a saturday night. Was informed immediately if we didnt know what we were looking for that we didnt have time to rent one. I guess even had we taken 10 minutes to decide, 8:05 just wasnt cuttin it for her. Been goin here for years. Wont go back.
