HANNAH - FIVE STARS! YOU made my visit to the pharmacy a very pleasant experience. Outstanding customer service, extremely polite and friendly, and new exactly how to do your job to perfection. I applaud you and how you were raised. I hope you go on to become a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner or social worker, you will be fantastic - no matter what you want to do.RYAN - (Pharmacist) a 5th grader can read directions on a prescription bottle, six year of schooling you had to learn more. Even asking you if there were refills seemed to be a burden. That is definitely NOT counseling.

Trying to confirm the prescription is there. On hold for 15 minutes, will go without the prescription. Worst customer service in history. Fire them all and get new help.

Great service. Multiple techs. In and out like clockwork. Fastest around by far. Update calls or texts for script fill and ready for pickup alert. Automated phone system quick and easy to use and understand. Walmart does it again! Medicating the world in seconds and literally everything else too! Mic drop.

Very poor customer service. One star is based on today's experience overall. The staff I dealt with today are not in the business of helping sick people. Impatient, rude, inefficient. I was cut off as I was put on hold mid question. Cashier huffed off after they delivered meds to the car. They all on today's encounter had an attitude, defensive, just overall bad experience. There is a recovery period after a tense moment with someone who isn't feeling well. I apologized for any impatience I was showing. I owned my part of our encounter today. But the staff today handled their end of it with very low emotional intelligence. Last few times dealing with pickups in person or curb side was more positive. Today's staff unprofessional at best. I NEVER take time to give any type of review. But come on. Just be nicer to people in need. Especially when they apologize, BUT YOUR staff continues to choose to behave passive aggressively. The maturity level of the staff today I dealt with today was just bad. Will give other pharmacies my business likely in the future. One star is for convenience.

We work really hard to make sure people are taken care of. There are many layers that we have to keep moving forward every single day. I understand people’s frustrations, we get frustrated too. There are times that we are behind, there are times that we have run out of all options we have to help a situation, sometimes we just can’t do anything. People’s patience and diligence in understanding what we do is truly appreciated.People complain about a line not knowing we have to fill prescriptions. When we send people up to take care of a line all of a sudden it won’t be ready yet because no one is filling prescriptions. Not to mention having someone to answer the insane number of phone calls that ring through nonstop and people complain about having to hold! We try to find the best balance in helping everything move forward. However we are wearing thin because of rudeness and a lack of understanding what we actually do every day.We are there because taking care of people is important to us. That is why we keep showing up. And we will continue to do so!! Please remember we are there for you and we will do everything we can to help you.

I've been meaning to leave a review for a long long time. I have been coming to Walmart Pharmacy at the Post Falls Mullen location for more than 15 years. To be blunt and as straight to the point as possible, I am not a fan of Walmart stores by any means. However I cannot think of one bad experience I've had at this Pharmacy. Also, because I am a nurse and tend to be more picky where I go for medical, but also understanding issues that may arise, IE not having enough medication to fill said prescription immediately that day. Although this is happens a few occasions over the years, it's to be expected. I was really surprised to read the negative reviews and overall rating of this Pharmacy. The website says the average wait time is 15 minutes, not 15 minutes. Properly filling hundreds if not thousands of prescriptions a day, is a very serious thing. One medication error could possibly kill someone. My opinion if you don't like this Pharmacy.... go somewhere else because over the years I've tried different ones and always go back to this one. A shout out and thank you to all the staff for your hard work, going above and beyond and always being helpful and kind with a smile on your face!
