H, from the Tire center was amazing!! He was SO helpful and kind and his customer service was beyond amazing! He went out of his way to help us in the garden center when no other employees were able to. H is a true ALL-STAR employee!!

Walmart pick up- I deliver for Uber on the side and every time i have a pick up at this location the employees lack quick thinking skills and communication skills. Employees bag one to two items per plastic bag then load one bag at a time; tonight it took an employee 35 minutes to load my vehicle with the groceries causing my next customer to cancel their order costing me money. Super frustrating, I think its great to hire kids without a lot of skills so they can learn but also they need to be properly trained.

Constantly have out of date items. Bought a penera mac and cheese and it expired March 21st! It's July 16th!!! Guys what the hell is going on??? Over FOUR MONTHS EXPIRED!!! ARE YOU GUYS ACTUALLY CHECKING YOUR SHELVES???

They rearranged everything since I've been there last. It would have been nice to know that but there are signs over each aisle so my fault. And watch out for the employees, they do not move out of your way if you're perusing a section. YOU move out of the way.

Staff needs better training at the registers. They like to assume people are thieves just by their appearance. Do better and stop profiling people.

Clean with great prices. Got a rotisserie chicken for $5.95! Pharmacy was not busy & had what I needed for a usual $. This store isn’t as large as some, but it had what we needed.

Waste of time. Went in there to pick up some prints and the two associates in electronics ignored me for at least 3 minutes while they talked to each other. When they finally asked how I could be helped, I said I needed photos I had ordered and they said they'd have to call someone. They went right back to talking and didn't call for anyone. I called the store's phone number and pressed five for electronics. The phone at the desk rang and rang and rang while the associates blabbed on. After fifteen or so rings, I gave up and hung up. By this time four more associates walked by if print me and the NINE OTHER CUSTOMERS who were waiting for assistance.
At this point I have been waiting now 20 minutes finally somebody comes up and says they can help I say I need my photos they say I don't have a key for the photos.
Time to fire your manager and hire someone capable of running a store.

They're always out of the things I need and shelves have bare spots. They have the higher priced items forcing you to buy them instead of generic.

I needed new wheels for my Lincoln LT pickup. Went to Walmart website and bought 4 new chrome wheels. I felt the best thing to do is use the Walmart automotive center for mounting and balancing the new wheels. Arrived on time at 11. After 30 minutes they informed me my tires didn't have enough tread, so I bought 4 new tires for the new wheels. 1-1/2 hours later they stood sound scratchy their heads, and informed me they could not balance the wheels on the equipment they had. 3 hours into the event they loaded up my new wheels I bought from them with new tires and told me to go somewhere else.
I have never seen such incompetence, and will never return.
Discount Tires took the new wheels, balanced them and mounted everything in 40 minutes.
